Stayed Sep 7, 2025All the sunbeds by the pool had badly ripped material, dirty and impossible to use, the material was hanging on the floor making the beds impossible to use. very disappointing, big no no.Pool depth not advertised accurately as the swimmable deep end was tiny and most of the pool was knee deep only, again very disappointing.Terrace was covered in bird poo.Check in was horrendous despite me texting repeatedly during the week before we arrived saying we would be there at 4.00pm, on landing from our plane in Malaga I got a message finally saying she would meet us at 7.00pm - absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!Location good.
