The apartment is described as spacious and bright, featuring modern and comfortable furnishings throughout. The living and dining area is configured as an open-plan space, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open kitchen, and leads out to an east and south facing balcony of 8 m2 furnished with balcony furniture and offering views of the resort. The apartment includes 1 bedroom fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses of 80 cm width and 200 cm in length. The 1 bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.
