Teresa was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information re apartment and places to visit. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool was very welcoming although could do with a bit of an update. The location was very quiet and very close to the main sightseeing areas. Restaurants and cafes were plentiful. Overall a great place to stay

The condo was wonderful. Located a short walk to the Cathedral and many restaurants and parks, it was ideal for those without a car. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with amenities like coffee, some beverages and cleaning products. The host Teresa met us at the condo and made us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Teresa’s property. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsive to all my inquiries. Despite English being her second language, her communication skills were excellent, making the booking process seamless. Moreover, she was flexible with check-in arrangements, which was greatly appreciated. For a hassle-free and enjoyable experience, I highly recommend staying at this property located at walking distance of all main attractions.

Good location across from Avenue Menendez. Bright, quiet ground level corner of modern building. Hosts were attentive, helpful, good communicators and greeted us. Not exactly spacious but well designed. Nicely appointed kitchen and good bedding. Well organized information binder. We would happily stay there again for a short stay.

Our stay at the San Bernardo apartment in Seville, Spain was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional hospitality provided by our VRBO Host, Teresa. Not only did she provide us with a beautiful, comfortable apartment in an excellent location, but she also went above and beyond to help us when we had a medical problem during our stay. Her kindness and advice were invaluable, and we will always be grateful for her assistance. The apartment itself was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Seville, with easy access to transportation, including a tour company just two doors down. We were able to visit many of the city's famous attractions, including cathedrals, palaces, and traditional Flamenco shows, all within safe walking distance from the apartment. Teresa also provided us with excellent recommendations for day trips to Granada, the White Cities, and Cadiz, all of which were breathtaking and truly memorable. We especially appreciated her advice for the April Festival, which was an incredible experience that we will never forget. Overall, our stay at the San Bernardo apartment was fantastic, and we highly recommend Teresa's VRBO apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable stay in Seville. Our family loved staying at this apartment. Teresa greeted us when we arrived, explained everything and gave us recommendations of where to eat, shop and for sightseeing. The apartment was spacious and clean, with extra blankets, all utensils and condiments and towels for the pool. The rooftop pool was so refreshing after walking in the sun and the apartment terrace was our favorite place to relax with the family. The location was perfect - few minutes walk to all the monuments and restaurants. Teresa was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay in the most beautiful city!

Very clean, had everything my daughters and I needed. The apartment block is secure, welcoming and modern. The apartment was well located and the roof top pool was great to relax in after exploring the city. Teresa was great too! Have already recommended to friends to stay. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere, great place.
