You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.



If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.



Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

Please note that we operate with a KeyNest point for secure and convenient key collection. Guests are required to collect the keys from a nearby KeyNest location before heading to the property.

The key collection store is 400 meters from the accommodation, approximately a 7-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.

We provide one set of towels per guest to support a more sustainable environment. Extra towels are available on request; a fee may apply.



Extra bedding: Our apartment accommodates up to 3 guests, with 1 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (1 queen). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.
