Next To Las Vegas Strip - 3 Bedrooms w/In door Fireplace

Everything was excellent, with the exception of the beds. They're all very bowed in the middle, springs stick up into your back. I woild give 4.5 stars, if possible.

Elaine helped us considerably throughout our stay. Her communication was very good, her responsibility was outstanding, and the property was clean and located perfectly for us!

We actually never entered the property as we did not receive the code to enter the property. It is misleading in the ad that the property never mentions three flights of very steep stairs. I will say the crew that works at the gate are awesome and so very nice. They went out of their way to help us try to reach the owner which didn't happen but they tried.

Place was amazing. Close to the strip. Owner was very communicative. I’m a planner and asked a lot of questions and the responses were quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location for dining, shopping and the Sphere

Cute place, clean, and the pool and hot tubs looked wonderful. We didn’t get to use them as it was a shorter trip but would definitely stay there again. Initially I was concerned about the location because the condos were gated with security who were in tactical gear and clothing and some condos had bars on their windows but we never felt unsafe once.

We spent several days at Elaine’s place for a girls’ trip and would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was much more economical and spacious than a hotel. Lyft to just about anywhere came to 15-20 w/ tip. It’s only a block to the bus stop if you want to take the public bus to the strip Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you.

The property was listed exactly as it was, with the identical matching decorating. Although there are some minor issues that require addressing, such as the dining room chairs and the bathtubs, which could use some cleaning or repair, I still give it five stars.

We had some minor issues, but the owner was very responsive. The explanation of the unit was very accurate and we had a lovely experience.

All was good except the heating/air conditioning system kept saying poor quality of air when we turned the heat up- owner was notified - thought the ac guy was going to come check it out but did not- it needed a filter change per the message on the heating system we were a little.concerned as a few of us have asthma but we really only slept there.

Like the location once I got a rental car everything I wanted to see or do was no more than 15 to twenty mintues away we all had a good time

Adequate stay - 3 bedrooms two baths. Up two flights of stairs. Pool and hot tub were very clean but didn't get to use them.

The host let us check in about an hour early which was really nice! Place was very clean and well taken care of. Host was also extremely responsive and courteous.

Very clean and quiet stay in Las Vegas

We travelled with our adult children- everyone had their own room. Close enough to walk to the strip if you want (20-30 minutes) or uber $15-20. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool. Easy check in process.

Great Loacation and Good Security. 3rd Floor and No Elevator. Was challenging for older people to climb the stairs with luggage.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip to Vegas. Just a short Uber/Lyft ride away from the strip. Very clean and as pictured. Great communication from the owner throughout the trip! Thank you!

We were in Vegas with our 3 adult children & this was an almost perfect spot for us. Very clean & updated inside, 2 nice pools, and Elaine was always prompt & thorough in all our communication. One word of warning: the listing says it sleeps 6 & states 2 beds in each room. Six people could stay ONLY if they were all couples, as there are just 3 double beds. Our son had to sleep on the couch, which was definitely not meant for sleeping on! Other than that, it's a great place !

Wonderful stay, very spacious, cozy i felt like at home if you ever come to vegas this is the place to get. Location to the Strip is close Uber 5min, We most definitely will be back. Attended a concert with friends. Was a perfect off strip location to enjoy the pool and have easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Nice stay. Very comfortable. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Nice pool and gym. We would stay again.

Property was very clean and a great location for visiting the Strip. Rooms were comfortable and good sized. Every room came with an extra blanket/throw, which was nice to have. Host was responsive to messages. Check in was smooth and the gate guard was very nice. Sample size toiletries were in the bathrooms which was an unexpected bonus in case you forgot anything. Would recommend this location to anyone needing this type of space.

Elaine's apartment was a great fit for our time in Vegas. We wanted to be away from the Strip but close enough to be at the Sphere for a $12.00 Uber ride. The apartment was nicely furnished with everything required to cook. The only thing to mention is that there are (3) Queen size beds. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Especially great for families or couples that need a bit more space and serenity than the strip can offer affordably.
