Stayed Aug 1, 2025This is a great space. Check in smooth and easy. Kitchen had all you need, clean and practical. Parking was limited based upon open business hours. Other than that, enjoyed the stay!!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024A great place to stay in RVA. Super location, the apartment has all you need inside and out. Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen but you won’t have to use it if you don’t want to. Pizza, ramen, ice cream, cocktails, delicious sandwiches …. All a few steps from the place and yet it is a quiet street. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024What a beautiful apartment! This was just perfect for my stay while visiting my son. Church Hill is a wonderful area of Richmond. I loved getting my coffee each morning at Sub Rosa and a few snacks at Union Market. The neighborhood is so charming. The apartment was very clean and I felt right at home. I will definitely book again for my next trip.

Stayed May 17, 2024Church Hill neighborhood is great. Place is perfect for a couple & has everything you need. Never had trouble parking. Traffic is a little noisy, but I slept fine and I’m a light sleeper. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 20, 2023I loved this place and will definitely try to stay again the next time I’m in Richmond. Check-in was a completely smooth process. The apartment was immaculate and quiet and well-appointed with everything one should expect and need. Daniil even had a complimentary and very drinkable bottle of local red wine waiting on the Kitchen island when I arrived after a long trip. Perfect touch! The instruction manual was clear and filled with good suggestions for local spots. Wifi worked great, and the bed, towels, sheets, pillows and sofa & chairs were all comfy. I felt very at home.
