Great property and proximity to town

Highway very close to property and noisy at night. Everything else perfect

The house was clean and neat. Only negative was noise from roads, but they provided nice sound machines to help with that!

The place was spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfy and the whole place was bright and cheery. Would definitely stay again!

Nicely updated and comfortable bungalow/half duplex. Modest but tidy. Very good communication from owner. Location is suitable for a base of operations for exploration of the Punta Gorda area, but its proximity to a major thoroughfare results in a lot of traffic noise. The sound machines in the bedrooms are effective at blocking the traffic noise during sleep, a considerate amenity. Basic yet clean and affordable accommodations with a lot to do within a drive of an hour or less.

Very clean and bright. Ours was a short stay. There were somethings that we felt we needed. Contacted Thomas and he brought the articles that day. I would stay there again.

This rental is equipped with all the basics to enjoy the comforts of home while being away. Great location, quiet, comfortable space, nice outdoor seating area and grill for cooking. Highly recommend!

We have been using this apartment for our employees who are currently doing a job in Punta Gorda. It has a great location, its all new and renovated, clean and the owners are easy to contact by email. We will continue to use this apartment until the job is complete as our employees like it so much and the price is affordable and within our budget.

This vacation rental was perfect for us! Very clean (bedding and towels smelled so fresh!), comfy bed, and stocked with all essentials. Easy to check in and out and Tom and company were quick to answer the questions I had. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Love that the decor was beachy!

Clean, cute - a little off the beaten path but still close enough to downtown Punta Gorda/other things to do that it was still convenient. Thomas was great throughout the process. The place was exactly what we needed, and we'd definitely stay again.
