Newly Renovated Chic Studio with Exposed Stone and Beams

Great small flat in ideal location. Perfectly situated in the Saint Michel neighbourhood, surrounded by the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-du-Pres, and Notre Dame literally an 8 min walk. Easily walkable to many major sites and Metro/RER stations (line C to both CDG and Versailles). This apartment is clean and modern in an classic buidling with exposed stone and ancient timber beams. The host Maikel and manager Dylan were both very responsive. They were also helpful with suggestions for activities, luggage storage, food, and making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our visit to Paris. We really did enjoy almost everything about our stay. The only drawback was the noise in the building that seemed a constant of gates and doors all night long. Bring your earplugs or put on some white noise and enjoy everything this great flat has to offer.

Amazing location, close to world class ramen and other amenities. Host was super quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

We loved this apartment for our family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighbourhood felt safe and secure and there were numerous places to eat within walking distance.the apartment was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor so no stairs for luggage. I would highly recommend it for a couple, and a family who are used to living in one shared space. My children did need to share a sofa bed. The only negative is that it is located on a series of one way streets so getting taxis/ride shares can be a bit more tricky but not a dealbreaker.

Location was terrific. Short walk to Metro and many restaurants. It was clean with a comfortable bed. Entry was easy and it was in a quiet area that always felt safe.

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights. It was fantastic. Good size for the price in Paris. Saint Germain is a great neighborhood. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend.

The check in process went very smoothly and all the listed features and facilities worked fine. Maikel, our host, was very responsive and helped us with a few questions. The apartment was clean and the location was excellent--close to many restaurants and a nearby grocery store and an wonderful bakery. We walked to most of the nearby museums and excellent restaurants are in the area close by--as is the St.-Michel-Notre-Dame Metro and B &C RER station. Altogether a very pleasant experience. We will certainly consider renting this apartment on our next trip to the 6th Arrondissement.

We extended our stay, which given our choices says a lot. A very comfortable environment in an absolutely charming area of Paris.

Great location and solid communication with owner but this is a small space, more a crash pad than a place to cook or eat. The sofa bed was not clean - we had to brush aside dirt when we opened it up for use.

This is a very nice apartment for a couple in a great neighborhood. Everything worked out quite well. The host was great and the check-in was smooth, two very important items. My few, small, criticisms are that the shower drained slowly and the kitchen garbage can was not in working order. These are indeed small items but, for a short stay in a small flat, it is important to be sure that everything is in good working order. This is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars.

We had a lovely 5 d stay in this large studio. The location was fantastic and - although very centrally located in Paris - it was quiet. Maikel was extremely prompt and responsive to any of our questions and / or requests. We highly recommend it!

Located near everything - the Marais, Notre Dame, Luxumbourg, the Louvre, D’Ordsay - it is all walking distance from this lovely ground-floor apartment in the Latin Quarter. Hosts were helpful w everything, including restaurant recommendations!

Don’t think there could be a better location! A few minutes walk to great food, Notre Dame, the Louvre. And a couple minutes to the train station to get anywhere in the city! Beds were comfy. The host was very responsive. The only thing to mention is it was quite noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. We loved our stay here and would choose this property again.
