Stayed Oct 17, 2025do not rent this tiny, dark, depressing space. . had to run AC in october with a window open to not overheat. No way to control heat inside the room. There is only one window that opens. the apartment is very bright at night and very dark during the day. the exterior alley, street and porch lights pour into this rooom all night long with no curtains, blackout or otherwise. The private entrance is actually right on the public front porch which is unlocked 24/7 to the street. The response team are terrible if they are not actually bots, given the cut and paste responses and no concern for guest experience. They must get this complaint alot as ghey seemed ready to ghost and gaslight me at every turn. When I tried to extend my stay in the building and was offered 4 choices they let the clock run out on my stay before answering any of my questions about the other unit. I screenshotted the reply where I was mocked. It seemed as if they decided not to rent to me any further but pretended theybwere looking into it. Zero hospitality at this old place. but the space was clean and renovated. just a horrible nights sleep and non existant customer service.
