Newly renovated Basement Apartment (For One Guest only)

Horrific 'apartment'. The carpet is filled with stains when you walk in. The surfaces were all dirty with grime and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were stains on the pillow inside the cover (some of those stains were orange/yellow....eugghh). That's why for the ENTIRETY of my stay (I left 2 days early because I couldn't stand the place), I slept on the couch because the bed was so unclean with old stains etc. Even the couch was unclean with the arm rests carrying stains from dirty glasses that were left there, but at least it wasn't as filthy as the bed. The bathroom wasn't even properly stocked with clean supplies etc. There was an old bar soap, mostly empty shampoo bottles, and an old dirty toothbrush hanging out next to the sink in the open. There is absolute no way any of the 'enhanced cleanliness measures' were adhered to in this literal dungeon. The parking system was massively inconvenient. You were asked to park on the interlocking part of the driveway. There would often be 2 cars on the paved portion in front of the garage, meaning that reversing out of there every morning would be a nightmare between trying to avoid hitting the cars on the right and the plant pots at the border of the interlocking on the left. The people in the main house were inconsiderate, often making loud noise till 11-11:30 pm, when I'd have to wake up for work at 6 am. I'm reaching the chr limit but I could definitely say more. The owner should be embarrassed.
