Note for summer guests: Like many properties in Park City, this property does not have AC. In the summer, the temps fall to the 50s and 40s at night, so it's fairly easy to keep the place cool by opening doors/windows in the evening, and fans are provided as well.

The Neighborhood:
One of the best locations in Park City, you’re just steps from Main Street with all of its restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Shop-til-you drop at the cool boutique stores, ski and snowboard retailers, and local artisan shops.

The condo is a 30 second walk to Town Lift at Park City Mountain, you're practically ski in / ski out!

Getting Around:
Park City offers a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around town. The Old Town Transit Center is 2 blocks away, so there's easy access to the rest of Park City.

Plenty of Ubers and Lyfts make it easy to get around without a car, but if you do have a car, there's 1 dedicated garage spot and an additional dedicated outdoor spot.

    The place was perfect. Less can 1000ft from Main St and right around the corner from friends. There wasn't a thing the condo was missing. Beautifully redone with 2 king beds. Wish the trip was longer. We will definitely return. I really can't say enough about it.

    This location is amazing! One block from the Town Lift, one block from Main Street. The condo was recently renovated and lovely. Communication with the owner was very easy and responses were always quick! We would certainly stay here again. Since I haven’t noticed others sharing…Please know, it is a 2 floor walk-up condo, laundry is in the garage on the ground floor (free and detergent provided!), and there is not a dedicated space for ski storage on the ground level (we ended up leaving our skis in our car so we didn’t have to carry them up to the condo). Small trade-offs for an amazing location and a really nice condo!

    We loved staying right in downtown Park City with easy walk distance to Town City chairlift which is just a couple minutes walk. The apartment was well stocked with everything that we could want during our visit.

    Location! This was the perfect location for our stay. 1 block from Main Street shops and restaurants. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and the twins. This was a great rental and look forward to staying here again!

    Location is awesome if you are skiing. Property definitely needs updates. Communication was great with management and they were also very helpful. As the other reviews have stated, needs updates and a bigger couch in the living room. Overall I would maybe stay here again and definitely would stay again if the they decide to update.

    You can't get a better location. If you're skiing Park City the town lift is maybe a two minute walk and the bus to Deer Valley or the Canyons is also only two minutes down the hill. You're literally steps into the center of old town main street where mostly all the restaurants and stores are located so you can walk to everything in minutes. The condo was well suited for 5 of us for sleeping, however there is only seating for four in the living room. It definitely needs a full size couch along the side wall, but we managed. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you should need. It was very clean when we arrived. The communication was great and very easy to access the unit when we arrived. It has its own parking spot which is great being right in town. Like many rental units, it's showing some signs of wear, but it was a great spot and we would rent this unit in the future.

    Great location near the town lift. Nicely remodeled. Small unit and tight for our five (3 adults and 2 children) in the bedrooms and living room. Not enough seating in the living room. Needs a bigger couch and would be great with a larger tv. The dining area was great and plenty large enough. Kitchen was great for cooking and had enough pots for cooking. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
