Newly Renovated 2BR Apartment w/ Free Parking in Downtown

Very nice property! Blocks from downtown and UK, quiet, clean, and well appointed. Would stay again!

The apartment was beautiful, a lovely old building in great shape. It was very close to the UK places I needed to be and was walkable to many restaurants.

This is the perfect apartment! The location was convenient to downtown restaurants, bars and Rupp arena within walking distance. Two parking spots available with extra paid parking lot available next to the apartment. . The apartment was decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable, as well as the blankets and pillows. There was plenty of towels. The apartment was well clean. Owners responded in a timely manner with any questions I had. I honestly do not have any complaints . Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

It was clean, cute, nice little touches, comfortable beds, bedrooms sound proof with good blinds, with 2 full bathrooms, and close to great restaurants and pubs.

My family of 6 loved our stay at this property! It was well stocked with supplies, towels, kitchen appliances. Great location within walking distance to many places to eat and explore. Looking forward to staying here again when in Lexington!

We stayed here when goign to the Railbird Festival. About 1.5 miles. Easy walk or Uber. The space is great, super clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. Would stay again.

This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property twice and it's really great. Looks just like the photos, clean and well appointed. We were located close enough to walk to downtown and restaurants. Great value. Eee would stay here over and over

We were visiting UK and this was a perfect location! Adorable unit with a lot of space and very nicely decorated/furnished. It’s right on Limestone but the bedrooms are in the back of the unit so it was not loud at night, which I worried about. I just rebooked it for our next visit!

This was our second time staying here. We love it and you can’t beat the location! We walked everywhere. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean, great kitchen sand bathrooms. Perfect space for a family to stay and visit. Parking available was a plus and short walk to Rupp arena.

We were in town with in-laws for a long weekend and we had a great time. The apartment is in a very convenient location and was very comfortable, well-stocked and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again in the future.

We arrived a little early for our bourbon tasting and Katie allowed us to check in a couple hours early. The check in and location was PERFECT for everything we had to do the 4 days we were in Kentucky. When we arrived, that night there was a bad storm that knocked out our internet and tv streaming and she was more than accommodating to make sure it got back working so I could do a little work on vacation. We had everything we needed (stayed in and cooked one evening), and she made excellent restaurant recommendations to us! I, myself, am a VRBO owner of a property in Fort Myers, and she was exactly as I am with my guests. We will definately be recommending this property to our friends and family and hopefully we will be coming back soon! THANK YOU!

This place is very nicely updated and comfortable. It’s walkable to UK and downtown Lexington. The property manager is great and responds quickly. We had a great stay!

This apartment is gorgeous, comfortable beds, safe off-street parking and in a perfect location for events at Rupp Arena and walking to tons of restaurants and bars downtown. We will be back!
