Stayed Jan 11, 2025I was very happy to stay here. (one month) It's got a nice vibe, very comfortable bed and very nice shower. April was attentive when there was an issue. The place was just as descibed. There are people upstairs, but I wasn't bothered at all. The area is nice and residential, but you can walk to a few places to eat, drink, etc. It was perfect for my needs.

Stayed Aug 25, 2022We had a wonderful time at this condo, it was very clean and tidy and was in a very good location to some hot spots around town. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and even brought extra towels for us during our stay. It was everything it was promised to be and perfect for a couple trying to get away! We will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed Jul 26, 2022Great hotel alternative it is very similar except you get to park at your front door. The bed is nice the room is large. Bathroom is new and nice. Some things to know: no Microwave, no water or filter, the windows are not covered well, and when people are in unit upstairs its like a herd of animals overhead. Minor vs the positives but i like to give an honest review. Overall though it's a nice hotel alternative in a nice area.

Stayed Jun 22, 2022Our daughter is stationed in Pensacola and had her winging ceremony and celebrations this weekend. Our VRBO was lovely, very easy to get to from all the functions around town, and is wonderfully located next to Magnolia (a neat bar and coffee shop), as well as a local brewery. Very clean and quiet.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022The rental was sparkling clean and exactly as described. Close to airport, historic downtown, NAS, and beaches. Very responsive hosts Great place to stay! We will stay here again!
