Great location
Perfect location.
Perfect place for a short time in Asheville. Easy to get around via walking. Close to great restaurants. Clean and comfortable.
Property is as described, in heart of downtown Asheville. The parking garage is cheap, close and easy to access.
Incredible location. The accommodations were simply incredible. Wonderful time!
The apartment was clean and spacious in a very convenient location in downtown Asheville. The code lock for the apartment door was not working, but the property manager had a solution for us in little more than 30 minutes. No big deal. Fortunately we were provided a physical key to access the property. It meant we could avoid the TEN-DIGIT access code for the lock. I would have found looking up a ten-digit number on my phone annoying. (Other rentals with similar locks seem to use 4- to 6-digit combinations that I find easy to remember.) The other observation was that the hosts did not seem to be part of the community. While there were brochures, pamphlets and maps on site, we found no personal recommendations or tips from the owners. Just how to run the dishwasher & thermostat, and trash day is Wednesday. Kind of missed those useful hints so many other hosts enjoyed leaving for us.
Beautiful, open, spacious loft apartment. Stylish and modern. Lovely skylights and sliding windows to the street. An easy walk to all the downtown locations. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Very clean and well-equipped.
Have stayed at different Church St lofts 4x, this the second time with property managed by vacasa (booked on vrbo). Yes, can sometimes be a bit of night-time noise in this Church-St facing unit (Lexington-facing back units seemed quieter), but manageable if you are a heavy sleeper (me) or a chill person okay to get by on 4-6 hrs a night for a few days (wife), reminding yourself that a really nice downtown apartment's pros still make it a vastly better option than a hotel or most less-central, less-vibrant places. Everything else about this unit is great, as pictured and described. Vacasa's communications are good.
Perfect place for downtown Asheville! Beautiful property!
Beautiful apartment, that had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Apartment is in a great location, and was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do and see. Would definitely stay again!
The location of this condo is right in the heart of everything- you can walk to a ton of places. The one issue, which is no fault of the condo owner, is that there were a lot of homeless and/or mentally distraught individuals either sleeping right by the condo entrance, or hanging around all day. It just made us feel a little bit nervous walking in and out. We never had an issue but just wanted to give a heads up. The condo itself has a nice layout. Great open space, very nice kitchen. It likely needs to have a deep cleaning (the washer is full of stuck on mold, the corners are dirty etc) and a plumber needs to fix the main shower drain. We had a lovely visit.
Loved the location to downtown shops and cafes! Also conveniently located within easy walking distance to the south brewing district. It does have a lot of morning street noise and a bedroom skylight that is very bright, not the greatest for late sleepers.
Great location. If you are interested in downtown Asheville you can't beat it. Bring a sleeping mask, 4 skylights make it real bright in the morning.
Things were overall very nice. The outlet options are somewhat lacking. For larger plugs, you need to bring a power strip as there is only one.
