This unit has 2 balconies.A/C,WiFi, reclining sofa for 2, a LG65 flatscreen smart tv in the living room,4 counter stools and a dining table for 4. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker with complementary coffee pods, dishwasher, and all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and seasonings to cook your own meals if you wish.
Comfortably sleeps 3 adults. the bedroom has 1 queen sized bed, dresser and 2 night stands.We also have a twin size roll away or a japanese style floor futon bed upon request.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower/tub combination with towels and toiletries.
The complex also has a communal pool with BBQ grill,(hours-sunrise to 8 pm). We have pool towels in the bathroom.
