Awesome property! Very clean and neat. Host was communicative and made sure all relevant information was provided prior to check in.

Clean spacious and met our needs. Reasonable priced and close proximity to business district and restaurants. Awesome stay!

The property was very clean and the host was very responsive. There were welcome snacks and everything you could want for a comfortable stay. It is a farily quiet complex and my weekend was undisturbed.

The apartment is beautifully furnished with top-end appliances and furniture. The welcome snacks, water, tea and juice was excellent to have.

Within a few days of my initial stay, I immediately booked an additional 4 days for the return to Kingston portion of the trip. Returning from the north coast, I liked that I could arrive late into the night and have ease of access. The complimentary snacks, tea,coffee and my favourite-hot chocolate and bottles of water in the refrigerator are well appreciated. I took note also that the unit was refreshed with different items... kitchen towel, sofa pillows and bathroom mats. Thumbs up !! For this second leg of my trip, my brother and his wife returned with us to Kingston. Its great having two bedrooms/ two bathrooms. That worked out very well- no one stumbled over each other. I made a few trips by car and on foot some days to a nearby supermarket. Wealso Made a walking visit to Emancipation Park and checked out the various social activities. Bob Marley Museum, Devon House and Hellshire beach were visited. An additional day was added to the reservation due to flight cancellation and luckily the unit was available.yeah!!! I had a situation where I needed to re enter the unit after checkout time. The access code was now expired so I had to think fast. I sent a message to the host through the VRBO App and within 5 minutes, my phone rang, I got a temporary access code...the world was good again. The process works. On a final note, I genereally make reservation is stages so that if I dont like a property, then I can simply move along. For the future, New KGN Gen it will be

Stay A While I really wanted to stay longer, not just ...for a while. So in fact, I've extended my stay in Jamaica and booked two other stays for March. The condo is conveniently located,clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. In addition to an unmatched pricepoint throughout new Kingston, the property provides a luxurious ambiance and a feeling of home away from home.

I had an awesome stay at this place 2 bedroom apartment one room had double beds which was great, it’s located near all professionals activities in the heart of New Kingston! you’re 15 minutes to crossroads, 20 -25 minutes to the national stadium, halfway tree, Garden House etc:The area is safe and quiet.The place was clean updated with amenities, stove, refrigerator, living area, dining area,the beds was very comfortable and inviting, you have to have access to get in a gate man is there to assist you if needed I was surprised with all the welcome goodies and refreshments store in the refrigerator free for us.The host Mr Mikhail was pleasant and easy to communicate with he made sure if I needed anything he would provide it in a timely manner.My only issue is there was some construction work on the site during the day which was a little annoying I wish that would’ve noted in the add when booking!But apart from that I would recommend this place to anyone, and will book this place again.Thanks Mr Mikhail Francis for having us i really appreciate.

All was fine. I would stay there again. I was completely satisfied with everything. I will also recommend friends to stay there.

The property was clean and beautiful. The location is prime, I would book again and again.

COMMENTS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. NOT TO BE POSTED!!! Nice secure property. Good Location.Some difficulty locatiing for the first time. Bathrooms have no outlets, no toiletpaper holder, no racks for hanging towels etc. Water pressure somewhat low in master bedroom.

Room was very clean. The owner was very helpful when needed. No complaints would def stay there again.

All the reviews we read before choosing this VRBO were spot on. There were no surprises We enjoyed our relaxing evenings in this property and felt safe. The only tip to share with other travellers with GPS - the direction was off . Upon our late night arrival, we were led to a different location on Haining. We contacted Mikhail after midnight and he responded immediately with directions . Follow the one provided by Mikhail

What can i say, everythi g about this property was A no issues at all Hist was available anytime any thing arose, which there was none Clean roomy perfectly furnished, and the snacks left for guests were touche'Highly recommended for any trip to kingstonPlease do stop at Mikhail's you wont regret it

From start to end I give this stat a 5 star rating. Host dealt with a small issue promptly with no issue. Upon entering apartment I was amazed at the level of decor and comfort. Perfect size for myself but I would say at least 3 people could stay there comfortably. I’ve stayed in many apartments over the years all over the island and this apartment tops them by far.

I must commend the host for the property everything was exactly as shown, excellent host clean property, the place felt like home. I would recommend persons to book this place, central location this place is just pure awesomeness. Will definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean. Host was very responsive. We only wished we had access to local stations on the TV.

The host Mikhail was very attentive, professional and respectful. The studio unit interior was just simply immaculate and welcoming. This place was just superb. I cannot think of anymore adjectives that would describe the beauty of the interior. The host Mikhail did an amazing job when putting together this studio unit. Excellent property lead to an excellent stay. Started off with the security who were very helpful. Communication was key and it showed here. From the courtesy basket to the utensil layout in the cupboard to the layout of refreshments in the refrigerator and the first thing that came to mind was the host. It is indeed a gem in kingston and would stay there again. From what I have seen when researching based on pictures there were not staged or edited. Love it so much we extended our stay. It felt like home. Thanks for accommodating host.

The condo is very spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. When we entered, there was classical music playing for us (of which my family are classical music listeners). In addition, the personal touches that were prepared for us were very thoughtful. Communication with our host was a breeze. The security guards were warm and friendly and on point in identifying who goes in and out. Lastly, the kindness of the host towards my family will never be forgotten.
