Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper unit, including a private entrance, private full-length terrace, and one covered parking space. Enjoy shared access to the outdoor BBQ area with dining and the fire pit lounge, perfect for relaxing and stargazing. The lower unit has a separate entrance; outdoor spaces are shared respectfully with other guests.

Nestled in the tranquil Red Rock Loop area of West Sedona, 30 Moondance Terrace offers a serene retreat surrounded by iconic red rock formations. Guests are treated to panoramic views of Cathedral Rock and Cimarron Butte, immersing them in Sedona's natural beauty. Shared Common Area & Fire Pit Lounge
Guests have access to a beautiful shared BBQ area and a cozy fire pit lounge. These space are available on a first-come, first-served basis or may be shared with fellow guests. When using these spaces please keep voices and noise to a minimum as to not disturb guests of the lower studio if present.

Respecting Sedona’s Dark Sky Ordinance
To help preserve Sedona’s world-famous night skies, we kindly ask that guests turn off outdoor recessed lighting after dark. Soft, low-level lighting is provided for safe maneuvering at night.
