Absolutely wonderful place to relax & feel like you're in a friend's home- only they're away and your house (loft) sitting! Everything is ...comfortable & stylishly eclectic- very happy to have had the use of the property. Things you should know- carrying groceries up the stairs can be dicey- be careful. Take your shoes off.! A few homeless hung around on the street out front- I never felt threatened but I did come out to find my gas cap cover open on my vehicle when I came out in the morning- which was parked around the corner in a designated spot. The Dance Studio below is quite loud when in session. Bottom line- would I use this property again?- Abolutely!
We spent Christmas at this property. Our host had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen is fully equipped and the furnishings are very nice. The location is ideal for restaurants and shopping.
Great property - it is bigger than the photos show! Great locations - so many shops and food places ...and of course close to all the wineries!
Fully equipped and uniquely decorated apartment in a lovely city. Only one block to a wonderful park
We truly loved the location of this downtown loft! There was plenty of room and the eclectic style of decor was unique. We also appreciated that the kitchen had plenty of supplies to utilize.
We stayed here for a college drop off and it was a great location for that. We loved how walkable this location was to all the restaurants, the River Walk and to Willamette University. The loft has comfortable beds, nice towels and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could want. This location is on a busy street so it can be noisy at night, but earplugs are provided and the location is worth it. Angela is the best hostess and makes your stay at her properties easy and comfortable. She really does seem to think of everything.
A very large and comfortable space with beautiful original architectural details and modern style.
This property is very upscale and impressive - beautiful art in every room! We really felt like we were staying in a city apartment. Tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. This was the perfect get-away!
Cool loft, great location close to many shops, restaurants and the water front.
Bright and open property with plenty of space and nice amenities. Kitchen is well appointed with room to work and everything need close at hand. Nice common areas, feels very much like being at home. Neighborhood was easy to navigate, able to park right out front over night. Would consider the property again if we return to Salem.
Great space and convenient location. Will hopefully be available next time we visit Salem!
This downtown loft is beautifully decorated, so spacious and comfortable and very well-appointed. We reserved it for out of town visitors so they could easily check out Salem sights within walking distance, such as downtown eateries, waterfront park, Saturday market and the Haley Ford Museum. Perfect!
We were in Salem to visit family and needed a rental with a full kitchen so we could prepare meals to take to a family members home. Our needs were met in this regard. The loft has a beautiful kitchen and is equipped with the essentials. The apartment is loverly, very clean and nicely decorated. It has plenty of space and was very comfortable for a week. The apartment checked all the boxes in meeting our needs. Angela was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent this loft again.
We were in town to play golf Nice place to stay Convenient downtown Walked to two nice steakhouses that had great food! Recommend 100%
This property exceeded expectations. The artwork was beautiful and the size was larger than I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked and would have been a great place to make a meal. The location is perfect access to Willamette University.
So fantastic. You know how you get to a VRBO and think, looked better in the pics? NOT THIS TIME. Just wish I had discovered this place the first weekend my kid was in college in town, not the last. Fantastic public space, invite a friend for happy hour!
