New Stylish 5bd-5ba Apt/Acropolis View/Ideal Location

Everything was as described and just perfect

Our family of 11 loved our stay at this stylish 5-bedroom apartment in the heart of Athens! Located in a peaceful neighborhood right under the Acropolis, it was the perfect blend of quiet comfort and unbeatable location. There was plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped. The enclosed atrium was our favorite spot to gather, fully stocked and ready for morning coffee, a beautiful view over the cobblestone street below. We could walk to the charming Plaka area in minutes, with endless shops, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries at our doorstep. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect base for exploring Athens. Our host Marianne went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was kind enough to meet us at the apt at midnight after our flight from Frankfurt was delayed by 5 hours. She had directions with a map and suggestions for anything we could want all ready for us. We’d happily stay here again!

Marianne was fantastic, really helpful. Super easy process and space was convenient and close to where we wanted to be.

We were a group of 11 staying in Athens for a few days before a cruise. This apartment was perfect. Close to sights and restaurants, and the host was awesome. Great in communications and was on site for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend! Greatly appreciated the luggage storage next door for the arrival and departure days!

We stayed at the New Stylish Apartment in the beautiful Thissio neighborhood in Athens for 3 nights. The 5 bedrooms were well-equipped and comfortable and accommodated our family of 7 people well. We were met by Marianne and Eva who were wonderful hosts! They arranged transports to and from the airport for us and helped immensely when one family member left jewelry at the apartment. The apartment has a view of the Parthenon if the trees are not yet leafed, but is a very easy walk from everything you need in Athens. Restaurants are everywhere nearby, as is public transportation. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you, Marianne and Eva!

Our group of 3 couples had an incredible stay in this wonderful airy and clean apartment. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and yet still tucked away in a safe, quaint walkable neighborhood. Marianne is truly an amazing host, very responsive and helpful, both prior to our trip and during. Upon arrival Eva gave us a very thorough orientation to the apartment and neighborhood. Both Marianne and Eva provided great recommendations for local restaurants, bakeries, and sights. The welcome cookies were a big hit! I would highly recommend staying here when in Athens. I know we will should we visit Athens again.

Loved our stay. Very convenient to the Acropolis but less busy than the Plaka area. Cute neighborhood. Marianne was the best. Great pre-stay communication. She met us on arrival. We’ve probably had a dozen vrbo stays. So not a huge number, but enough. Marianne gave the best house and neighborhood orientation of any of our stays anywhere else. Loved it!!!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our group ! Excellent location and Marianne was amazing in every way ! We stayed in touch through our mess of a situation with our planes having to be rebooked after many delays … and she still was able to get us a transport AND met us at the villa at 4 am !!! Thank you Marianne for your patience, understanding and being a perfect host !

What can I say, our stay was nothing short of fabulous! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. What an amazing place right in the heart of Athens! Everything was walkable - the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, Plaka, the Monastraki Market, etc. The neighborhood was so safe, and there were restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops right out the front door. And the views of the Acropolis at night were stunning, just 2 blocks up the street from the apartment. The hosts and property managers were equally amazing, with plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The home had 5 bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and 5 bathrooms, so my wife and all 4 kids (3 of them teenagers) each had there own space. This home was an amazing find and the absolute perfect home base for our time in Athens. I travel a lot for work and have top tier status with all the top 3 hotel chains. I have certainly stayed at my fair share of really nice places. Hands down, this was the absolute best rental property I've ever stayed in! The one and only drawback is that my kids have now reached a whole new level of spoiled!

Marianne is the consummate host, super responsive and helpful and the property was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, lively at night but not to the point where you will be disturbed in the slightest. Walking distance to most major attractions and very easy to call an Uber to or from. I highly recommend this property if you have a big group like ours!

We stayed in Athens to show our friends and family the sites before heading to Rhodes for the rest of our vacation! This place was spectacular. It was beautiful, had plenty of room for our party of 11 people. Marianne our host was amazing and gracious. My niece’s 8th birthday was on Saturday during our stay and I had asked Marianne where I could get a cake and she arranged it all for us including delivery. The place was walkable to all the sites. Fantastic restaurants and grocery store. I would absolutely recommend this place as well as stay there again!

We had the best time in Athens while staying at this property. The location is perfect! It is close to major historical sites and fabulous restaurants. Marianne and Eva were so helpful and the perfect hosts. I would highly recommend staying at this property while in Athens.
