Stayed Feb 28, 2025There was no communication whatsoever from the property. Didn’t even have the right address Given the wrong room. The front lock didn’t work. The sliding door for the patio didn’t lock. The room definitely needs an upgrade. And there was ants everywhere. Totally disappointed from the whole experience. Even reached out to the host and Expedia and haven’t gotten any resolution yet. I’m beyond shocked at the level of service I have received thus far
