NEW: Romantic apartment in Oltrarno, San Frediano

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the “other” side of the Arno where crowds are lighter and it is quieter. Vanni was quick to address any questions and very easy to work with. The apartment was open and bright, as represented. I thought about grading it a 9.5/10, due to sometimes unreliable internet service until I realized this may be a city-wide issue, so in fairness I could not penalize this property for something outside their control.

This apartment was the perfect respite from long days of touring Florence, the museums and visiting the towns in and around Tuscany. It’s was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet part of town. Our host was kind and accommodating. He even went above and beyond to return items we left behind. Our stay at this apartment helped to make our visit to Florence fabulous!

Location perfect with proximity to great restaurants and wine bars. This was a “business” trip for wine study and was a great place to come back to after long days.

The apartment is modern with an old world feel. Located on a quiet street with great shops and restaurants near by. You could easily walk from the apt to see all the major sites.

Great location away from the tourists but only a 15 minute walk to the sites. There is a wonderful bakery (Wild Buns), butcher, cafe, and many restaurants nearby. The apartment was so clean, stocked, and felt like home. The manager was super friendly and accommodating. And the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I own a STR and have high standards and this met them all!

Check in was easy, apartment description accurate and comfortable in a great location. Highly recommend!

This apartment filled our desire to be out of the heavy tourist areas of Florence, yet be very accessible to anywhere we needed to go. The relatively quiet neighborhood is our favorite. The spacious apartment had plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. Vanni met our arrival and was helpful and very easy to work with.

Great location, quiet at night but close walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also very reasonable walking distance from the major attractions. The in room air conditioning units were a lifesaver as it was HOT during our time here. Only issue was the A/C unit in the main living room was not working- this did not affect us too much. We spent most of our time out and about and then would reprieve to our cool bedrooms when back at the apartment. Vanni was very kind and easy to work with. He graciously carried my bag up the stairs upon our arrival without me asking.

Lovely place, top floor. Convenient with a grocery story around the corner and good restaurants nearby. We prefer to stay outside of touristy area. If you like that, then this is the place for you.
