New look Sapphire Waters unit 2

Fantastic view and balcony. Comfortable living area. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Garage was a bonus. Heating worked well. Bed comfy. Quiet except the person next door had the TV on all the time ( and we think was a permanent resident). Access is by a few stairs, but to get there there is a short but steep incline or decline ( depending on which way you come) and no grab rails. The kitchen has been updated but not the bathrooms. Mouse droppings under the kitchen sink. No instructions for tv or dvd player and we couldn’t work it out.

Great view and position everything you need for a great time but needs a air conditioner for the hotter days

Photos were very misleading. The whole apartment stunk like a dairy farm, and throughout the building very unwelcoming passive aggressive notes about what’s not allowed. No barbecues or smoking on the balconies? Seriously?

French returant at Tilba is a must (Check days it's open). Don't worry about the pole out the front it's not a hindrance. Seals and wonderful birds in the bay just in front. We plan to go again next year.

Only con, was the parking was really tight and the walk up to the apartment is quite steep to carry in all your things.

Only issue we had is advertised as one set of stairs. Didn’t mention the very very steep ramp you have to walk up to get to the unit.

BBQ would be nice addition however there was a well maintained public one across the road.
