The first option is a $500 refundable deposit that will be returned to you if no damages or violations, such as smoking, are found during your stay. The second option is a $49 non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages up to $500.00. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Parking: We can accommodate a max of 2 cars.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area, and no recording takes place.
