New Garden Studio near Wrigley/DePaul/Dwtn

Wonderful newly updated property. Beautiful decor and furnishings. For us it was a great location. The owners are totally responsive to the needs of their guests. The internet went out (provider issue not owners) and we got an immediate response to our email. We felt safe and secure in the garden apartment. Note that parking can be difficult but not impossible.

We had a great stay. Very clean and spacious, well supplied kitchen that we were able to use to make meals. Fantastic communication with management. Absolutely will stay again. Easy walk to coffee, restaurants and transportation. Thank you!

Not obvious access instructions for entry. You have to go through alley. Frustrating start to stay. No coffee amenities. Kind of pricey for cold basement.

2nd time staying at this place and it was great. Everything was nice and clean and it’s so convenient and close to so many things.

Everything was beautifully updated and clean. Well stocked kitchen Clear instructions regarding parking entering and expectations Hostess stayed in touch regarding any needs concerns throughout the stay. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. Great communication. The only downside is the noise from the apartment upstairs in the early morning (5:30-6:30 a.m.) stools/chairs dragging and footsteps. Other than that all was good.

Great weekend stay. About a 40 min walk to Wrigley. I ran in the neighborhood and felt safe the whole time. Place was very clean and tidy.

The garden apartment is clean, neat, and well located. Multiple restaurants are within an easy walk of the apartment. The apartment was quiet at night. In short, this is a great place to stay!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed incl. a clothes iron, extra towels and a washing machine and dryer!

Good location! It looked like it was recently updated very nice and clean has everything you need. I would stay there again!

This property is in a good location near Wrigley field. Also 20minutes to downtown. Parking is on the street but open spots were always available. Unit itself is clean and updated. The only thing needed is an automatic dishwasher. We enjoyed the patio outback. A park is within walking distance. Host checked with us to see if we needed anything. I recommend this unit and will use it again

The apartment was clean. The primary issue was that it sounded like the aprtment above had a toddler and no carpeting. Each morning, we were woken by endless footsteps above.

Loved our stay! Everything was exactly as described online. Great communication with host the entire time, everything was clean and tidy. Location was great and had close access to everything we needed.

The studio was comfortable and very clean. We were very happy we chose this studio because it was in a perfect location and the communication was always diligent. We will be back!

You pay a cleaning fee but you have to clean the place yourself and the community door and apartment code are the same so anyone that knows the outside door code can access your place.

Great little property! All brand spanking new!

Our recent stay was perfect in every way. The location was perfect, a walk from our son's residence. The suite was like new with easy access and beautiful accommodations. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
