Great location. Super clean. There is only 1 bathroom on the floor with 2 bedrooms, which worked out fine, but if everyone needs an accessible bathroom in the middle of the night, one bedroom needs to go down steps.

We had five people in town for a family wedding. Very convenient location. Easy to walk to Back Bay locations, even walked down to The Commons and Quincy Market.

Quiet quaint neighborhood, lovely sites and close to the T, for easy transportation option. One thing to be aware of is the many steps and steep incline of them. Our party was ok with them, but if anyone has mobility issues, the stairs would be a problem. Host was great. We would stay here again.

Perfect property for a girls weekend! The rooms were all big and beds comfortable, we had everything we needed, and Killian was very accommodating and helpful. It’s a fantastic location to enjoy the best of Boston!

What a lovely property in a great location. Even with six adults there was plenty of room, the accommodation was clean and really quiet. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a easy walk to the city with the option of the underground back.

All of the photos wee accurate. The common rooms are pretty small for anything more than 4 people. There is no place to sit and eat other than the couch in front of the television. Biggest issue was the stairs! Very steep, narrow steps and no handrail. Everyone that stayed here was afraid of going down them, so we went between floors as little as possible. Even the steps up to the front door and then up to the unit were very steep. I would not stay here again, as I have bad knees.

Every review we read about this property is accurate! It is very clean and super accommodating for a family of four. We love the location--a very quiet street within walking distance to most places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

Loved the place! Clean and well furnished. Lots of restaurants, bars/cafes, shops in neighborhood. A bit of a walk to Fenway (25 min), but doable on a clear summer night.

A very comfortable stay and a great location. Cute neighborhood with lots of brownstone townhouses. Our group was 6 adults and 2 kids and it was a pleasant 4 night stay, we will definitely book again.
