Franziska was a pleasant & understand host. Her place was lovely. The vibe and decor is quite interesting and nice. Location is great for walking or scootering pretty much anywhere you need to get to. The metro is also literally in front of the apartment. There's no TV or laundry/washing machine but we didn't need it at all. Only downside was that there are quiet hours (10pm-7am). There's a sound level monitor that measures how loud you are during your stay. On our first night, during regular conversation or low music playing we were contacted that we were too loud. Overall still recommend this place as a great stay in Berlin!
