Stayed Jul 18, 2025This property has a lovely style and is well equipped. Sitting on the balcony with the beautiful sea views was a highlight. The location was a absolutely ideal, being only a 5minute walk into town and to the beach. We had a fantastic stay in this lovely property. Would definitely book again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025A nice maisonette with a small balcony off the lounge diner with sea view to the left. We had excellent communication with the owner. As we were only there for 4 nights we ate out so didn’t use the cooker just the microwave. Good size fridge freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery. A few minutes walk into town and the quay area. We always managed to get parked on the street not far away but think it would be more difficult in school holidays. The house was comfortable with good white bedding. The garden are was very overgrown by the path which was a nuisance when the plants were wet.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The location was excellent. The property itself was beautifully decorated but with a several maintenance issues that arose it seemed it was more geared for summer rentals. Saying that we had a lovely stay with ample walks nearby and great pubs and restaurants.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023We stayed here as a group of children and adults and we all thoroughly enjoyed the time and wished we could stay longer. The maisonette is spacious and beautifully decorated. It is a very short walk to shops and the beach. A perfect base for our family holiday.

Amazing place, beautifully decorated and so close to everything, we never even needed the car! Excellent smart tv & Wi-Fi and heating and hot water was always available. Stayed Dec 23, 2022We had a lovely Christmas here, the apartment is really comfortable and well equipped and had been beautifully decorated for Christmas. It’s really well placed for all the sights of Swanage and the local area.
