Excellent location. Beautiful apartment with panoramic views around Nerja and the sea. Garage parking below with lift to the apartment.

appliances were top class - extra bin bags left in apartment - handwashes in both bathrooms - washing up liquid at the sink. Sun on the balcony for most of the day. Basic pack was very welcome and was good value for money. great to have access to the rooftop pool. Apartment location was very central with easy access to bars and restaurants. A new king size mattress would be very welcome.

This was our third time at Apartment Plaza de España. You couldn't wish for a better location if you want to be close to fantastic restaurants, shops, the Balcon de Europa, beaches etc. In saying that, the apartment is so peaceful with a fantastic view of Plaza de España. For us, one of the highlights is the expansive balcony where you can dine, sunbathe or just watch the world go by. As always, Caroline and the rest of the team were fantastic hosts. Great location, excellent accommodation. The apartment is fully kitted out for all needs and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend and l will be back again. Perhaps a spare set of towels, but other than that everything was excellent.

We has a great stay. Clear easy to follow check in instruction. The apartment itself was spotless. The perfect size for our party of 4. Location is super, right in the heart of everything. We will book again. And would recommend ti others.

The position was great overlooking the Plaza and the apartment had everything you could need. The underfloor heating was fab as the whole place was warm and cosy. The second bedroom was a little small for space around the beds if there were 4 of you but as there was only the two of us it was fine. All instructions were pretty clear and its position could not have been better. We could eat lunch in the afternoon on the balcony in shirt sleeves as we had no rain or bad weather for the full 7 days. Hopefully we will be back next year to stay again in December. I think that you should have told us that the pool area was not in use due to repair thankfully it didn't effect our enjoyment of our stay, but we should have been informed. The only other thing I could suggest is a new remote for the TV and a pizza cutter!! See you In June at the Villa.

Second bedroom very small for 2 adults.

The apartment is in a central location, close to bars, restaurants and shops but the area is quiet and peaceful. The accommodation offered us everything we needed and more. No tweaking required as far as we are concerned!

The apartment is in the ideal location, in the heart of Nerja, although it's also very peaceful. One of the attractions of the apartment is the enormous balcony, where you can dine, sunbathe and relax. The apartment is very bright and airy, with a fantastic view of the square. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday - comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, aircon, and the place was immaculate. Nerja Paradise Rentals is the best holiday company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is impeccable. Any issues we had were rectified immediately. Caroline from the office called me a few days before our arrival to check that I was happy with the arrival instructions for key access etc. The instructions were spot on. Caroline said she'd call the day after our arrival to check we were happy with everything. Of course she did call, and we were happy. We thought this was such a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean. Brilliant location. Lovely pool on the roof. Everything you need. The toaster was broken when we arrived but once we called the office to report it it was replaced straight away. We have being coming to this apartment for 10 years now. I stayed here as a bride then and it was fabulous. It still is a lovely apartment and is kept clean but it hasn’t been upgraded in all those years. Def could do with an upgrade on the showers, beds, bedside lockers. The outdoor furniture used to be nicer but were replaced with cheaper seats. We come with our large family every year and see many apartments so we can see the standard of others are rising and this one has remained the same.
