Nectar, 3BR/3BA, 6 people

The property was amazing - very clean, charming and very roomy for all of us. it was within walking of so much, the neighborhood was safe and to be honest, the place was so nice, I expected to pay more. The staff went above and beyond to communicate - I am not normally one to leave reviews. I had an issue with my luggage with the airlines, the staff helped so much and they really didn't need to; helped with language barriers, offered some logistics assistance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would definitely refer this to others (hence my review).

Responsive host/management company. They will take a 2000 deposit at check-in. Was able to check in early and drop off luggage.Please note that the apartment is on the fourth/top floor of a walk up. No elevator. There are also several steps to enter the courtyard and then the building. There are two toilets and three showers.Great location, close to everything Le Marais has to offer. Close to many dining options. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and equipment. Pics true to the space.Toilet paper provided, no paper towel or tissues. Two grocery stores within blocks.

Thomas was very welcoming and make check-in super easy. The apartment is in a fabulous location with great restaurants and everything is easily walkable. Also close to the heart of the Marais for shopping and museums.

Nice property - met our expectations.

Accommodations were as described. The person who was to greet us was a little late. Because of this we had to wait on a very narrow road which with a narrow sidewalk so the 6 of us (with all of our luggage) were a bother to the pedestrians on the road. The location was as described, although the metro stops did involve some walking to get to. Restaurants and stores, however, were within short walking distance. The amenities in the apartment were fine, the bathroom off of the main bedroom was especially nice. The two other baths were not as nice but very serviceable. The kitchen and sitting area worked very well for us. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a circular staircase and no elevator. We had no problem, but it is something to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again.

We were an extended family group of 6 ranging in age from 17 to 78. We enjoyed 5 nights in this apartment. It is nicely appointed with everything you need. The location is fabulous and close to lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping and the metro. It is also only a 20 minute walk to the Seine. Check in was easy and very friendly. We would highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of three couples. The listing says it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, however one of the bathrooms is only a sink and a shower, no toilet. The other bedroom does not have a bathroom attached. It’s not a big deal and we made it work, just clarifying since the listing wasn’t very clear. The neighborhood was fun and there was good access to the metro with a direct line to the city center.

All went well. Only complaint was I didn’t realize we would be on the 3rd floor, no elevator, very tight scary stairwell. This was not a problem for our group, but could be for some. Also, we could have used somewhat better instructions on using some of the kitchen appliances and tv. Loved the neighborhood and ease of getting around Paris.
