Near the Croisette by foot very beautiful 2 rooms 3 stars

Very convenient for our needs - we were only a 5 - minute walk from the nearest beach, the railway station and our language course. A 30-second walk to the supermarket! Air con was very helpful. The fact that it was near a road did not matter. The garden over which the balcony overlooks was tranquil and provided a screen from the town noise. Would recommend!

This appartment is perfect for a couple, across the street from the supermarket and about 10 min. away from the Palais des Festivals and even closer to beaches. Very well appointed for cooking, confortable bed and ample hot water. The terrasse is perfect for quaint outdoor dining up to 6 people. Truly enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying in this terrific apartment. If you’re still trying to find a place, search no more. The location is perfect, the unit is immaculate and comfortable, and you will have everything you need for a super vacation. But perhaps more importantly, you will receive excellent care and attention from Patrice and Françoise. They are always available to answer questions and ensure that all is well. We were there during a particularly hot period. Patrice checked in regularly, and Françoise was easy to reach, too. We’re already looking into returning next summer. Stay here; you won’t regret it! This apartment was in an ideal location for walking to the sea, supermarket, train and bus terminal, ferry terminal, markets, old town, Cannes city center and so much more. We walked everywhere. The city is clean and very pedestrian friendly. Suggestion: Take bus #22 from the main terminal ( at the train station) to the end of the line. The best 1.60 euro per person spent. You can stay on the bus and return to Cannes or get off at any bus stop for a lovely walk back to Cannes. Patrice was a great host and responds quickly to any questions. The apartment was small( which we knew) but very nice with everything we needed. We’d love to return.

It was clean and well appointed within an easy walk ofLa Croisette where I was attending MIPcom. I would like to stay again and would recommend it.

We LOVED everything about this charming apartment. From the moment I reserved it till our checkout, communication was prompt, kind, and gracious. The owner is attentive and helpful (be sure to consult the detailed home notebook - it contains valuable information about beaches, shopping, dining, and excursions- and that’s not an exhaustive list of the topics covered). We ate breakfast (purchased at the incredibly convenient Casino) on the terrace every morning. The washing machine was an unexpected bonus that we greatly appreciated. The apartment is comfortable and immaculate. We arrived to orange juice and a bottle of rosé in the refrigerator- delightful! Everything truly is within walking distance- no car necessary. The train station is close, too, making day trips very easy. This was our first time in Cannes, and we cannot wait to return. When that time comes, we will not hesitate to stay in this fabulous apartment. Merci pour tout!

Very welcoming apartment, and very welcoming host. Tastefully appointed unit all in all. Kitchen is reasonably well-equipped , and there's a fabulous grocery store (Casino) right across the street! Comfortable bed, but some may find the size of the bedroonm a bit confining. We really enjoyed the use of the balcony, for all of our meals at the apt. Some might find it a bit noisy because of traffic sounds, but since we live in an urban environment, it did not bother us; it overlooks a lovely small garden area. The apartment is very well-located in terms of access to downtown Cannes, the train station, and the beach promenade (10 minute walk at best). Would definitely stay there again if we return to Cannes some day.
