Near the cathedral, new luxurious apartment in a historic building

Initial impression upon entry was very good. Nice, welcoming and comfortable.

Many city monuments are at a short walking distance in the historic sector. Appartment well equipped and confortable for 2 couples!

Let’s start by saying that the entire experience was great. Armin was a very attentive and thorough host who shared all the info needed in a timely matter (actually even before I asked). The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Instructions on how to access the apartment were a bit overwhelming when we read it the first time but in reality is extremely easy and safe. Strongly recommend and I hope to be back next year!

Lucky to find this gem in Cadiz last minute, great location within walking distance to Cathedral, museum, and the beach. Apartment well equiped and comfortable Some great restaurants too And market close by. Entrance to the apt uses a web based lock, make sure you review prior to arriving, did work flawlessly and Armin was a very supportive host.

Beautiful, clean and confortable apartment in the heart of old Cadix. Kitchen super well equipped with anything you could need during your stay. Street is busy and quite noisy until late at night but absolutely tolerable once you close the wood panels inside the apartment. Communication with the owner ans check in/out was very easy and clear. We recommend!

On our 2nd visit to the wonderful city of Cadiz we were delighted with this apartment, superb location in the heart of the city, excellent facilities, very clean with a comprehensive guide of both accommodation and attractions plus restaurants. We've used VRBO for years and I don't recall ever seeing such a beautifully presented, pristine apartment with all the perfect touches. The apartment is renovated, classy and provides a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, fresh air via open windows/balcony seating or a very good air conditioning system and gorgeous furniture to enjoy a relaxing and restful stay. The apartment is positioned perfectly within the center of old town and is easily walkable, within minutes, to everything you need: beaches, shops, restaurants, groceries, touristy spots and just an overall lively and brilliant scene. We also absolutely appreciated the amazing communication and friendliness of Armin, Carmen and Patricia-- they really know how to present a 5-star apartment and giving their guests a gold star home stay retreat while exploring a gem of a city. Cadiz is a must and this apartment checks every box. You won't regret it. Thank you Armin and family!
