Navigli lovely flat-central position

Best hostess, clean property and near such great restaurants. A bit of a walk to Duomo but the proximity of dinner places made up for that. Need to learn your way to Milano Romolo train station to save on Ubers and Taxis. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Excellent for our stay and intended plans and purposes

The flat was immaculately clean and conveniently located. Francesca was responsive and welcoming. We'd stay here again!

We like the apartment a lot and Francesca is a super nice host, waited for us by the road despite of multiple change in arrival time from us. She also let us left the luggage at the apartment hallway after we check out.She also helped us to find a free street parking through out our stay.The apartment has everything needed for a long term stay, so it is more than enough for just 2 nights stay like us. It is very clean and spacious for 6 of us.Duomo Milan is like 2km or 30 min walk from here (a bit long for the small one under the hot sun), grocery is less than 7 min walk (nearer if you just want a convenience store) and restaurants at navigli is around 5 min or less.We took metro to Last Supper Museum (2-3 stations, less than 1km from the apartment), instead of walking 40 min.Many graffiti around the area, but we never felt unsafe when we came back at night.Unfortunely, WIFI was not working during our stay due to some kind of wire issue.

Francesca was an excellent communicator. She made the check in process easy. Restaurants are within two block from the condo.

The flat was amazing. So close to lots of different things.

Francesca was a great host. The apartment is nice, the location is ok. Navigli are nice and historical (instrumental to the built of the magnificent Duomo) but too many graffiti.

The good: well-appointed and spotless apartment. Excellent air conditioning & washing machine. Francesca is very responsive. Misc FYI: At time of our stay the courtyard and entry to apartment is filled with scaffolding and a giant crane. This does not affect access to apartment but affects the enjoyability of the property. The immediate neighborhood is sketchy with groups of people loitering on the street corners. Street-cleaning daily is noisy. Difficulty getting taxis to pickup at the apartment. Uber is expensive but worked perfectly. It is a ten minute walk to the metro with stairs up and down over bridges. The 3rd bedroom is the common living area with a sofa bed.

We had a group of 4 and tha flat was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and there is air conditioning in the unit. We felt safe in the unit (nice and secure). The unit had some amenities such as a couple bottles of water and a bottle of milk in the refrigerator which I appreciated.
