Stayed Jan 1, 2023Our time at the Nautilus Cottage was comfortable and relaxing. The hosts welcomed us and made sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We were close to the pool/hot tub and the private beach where we saw beautiful sunsets. We would recommend the condo to our friends and family.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022Great unit, more than perfect for needs! Spacious bedroom and walk-in closet and tons of storage. Lovely, spacious deck off of living room, and just steps to laundry. Owners were wonderful with communication. Lots of knick-knacks around which might make it hazardous for small children. For a months-long stay, we just packed some of them away in a box in the closet to free up space on surfaces.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022We enjoyed ourselves very much. The back decking was in need of maintenance but other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The people were very friendly around the pool. I also enjoyed walking in the park next to the complex.

Stayed Aug 1, 2021We loved this property, especially once we realized it is linked to recreation trails that go in all directions. We rode our bikes to the beaches, to downtown St. Petersburg, and to downtown Gulfport, many, many times. This property is very safe. It is gated and secure. Even the pedestrian access areas are locked. The laundry facilities are just through the back yard and are clean and never too busy. The pool, hot tub, and private beach are all nearby and very nice. We utilized all of these amenities and frequently had them to ourselves. The condo was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities. The king size bed is comfortable, there is abundant water pressure, the unit is quiet, and private. The hosts, Adriana and Gyora are absolutely lovely people and extremely welcoming. They were very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2021Last minute reservation. They were so accommodating to my schedule. The condo has every necessity you can think of! Very cozy, comfy, clean & beachy! They are both quick to respond to texts. Had issue with tv & shower. They resolved quickly & had everything back in working order promptly. So happy and relieved my 1st experience with VRBO and my first long term stay has gone smoothly & remaining stay.... I know will be a safe haven away from my home up North!

Stayed Jan 1, 2020Wonderful responsive hosts. Comfy bed. Amazing porch with shade under a gorgeous tree. Cozy comfy sofas. Even got to see the dolphins in the bay! Sunsets at the bay are not to be missed. Few things could use some updating.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo is in a perfect location near the beach in St. Pete. The amenities are nearby and plentiful. The condo is very well maintained and clean. We enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the sun rise and set. BBQ grills are nearby and used often. We will return because the location is perfect for Tampa, Sarasota, Siesta Key and Orlando day trips.
