Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!

The host was very nice. She offered some homemade goodies, fruit and homemade bath and body samples. My favorite part was the deck and all the birds that come to her feeders. It was a quiet space and pet friendly.

The host was amazing and had great communication. Super cute room. She even made it special as she found out it was my birthday weekend. She also had home made soaps and sprays that all smelled amazing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The harbor views were beautiful from our private deck. The suite was clean and had great amenities! Cindy was an amazing hostess and even left us a baked good, fresh fruit and tomatoes from her garden! She had several suggestions of where to visit which we appreciated! The hot tub was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a serene area with a beautiful harbor view. The suite is nicely decorated and no detail is missed for a wonderful stay.

A lovely room with a small porch overloking the water. A huge binder with lots of information about local restaurant and attractions. Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. A bit small for two, perfect for one. The hostess is lovely and kind.

Very clean and lovely room! Host is very thoughtful (cookies and fresh fruit on arrival). Beautiful view and chairs on deck to appreciate the views. Room had everything and was well equipped/stocked. Was glad to find this gem for a graduation weekend that was centrally located for our various activities.

The room and bathroom were very clean. There was homemade cinnamon apple bread and fresh fruit in the room when we arrived. The deck was nice and you could see the water and marina. We used the hot tub a couple times and it felt great. We also talked to our host, Cindy, a few times, she was awesome and recommended a few different restaurants and markets. We were there for four nights and will probably be back!

The room was super cute and very clean! Our host was very quick with Communication when we ran into a little issue at check in. The corn bread that was prepared for us was so delicious !! The only con of this stay was that there was a missing lock on the door connecting to their home. It made us a little uncomfortable but otherwise everything was super cozy. The bed was super comfortable to sleep in

Horrible host. On the second night, she and her boyfriend were talking at the top of their lungs and playing loud music. When I texted her about the music she claimed I was hearing her TV, but we could clearly hear her asking Alexa to play specific songs. This went on until 1:00 a.m. when I finally fell asleep. Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep! It was so awful we left a night early.

Perfect little getaway with a nice view in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very attentive and added a lot of generous touches, like homemade banana bread and toiletries. The hot tub was a little tricky because it was literally freezing outside, but it was so worth it once we got in.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and plan on staying here again. Cindy was super responsive and left us fruit and beverages and a lively home baked apple cake.

This property was absolutely stunning and the host was amazing! We stayed for our 20th anniversary and she welcomed us with fresh baked peanut butter banana bread and a dish of fresh fruit, along with samples of her homemade soap, body scrub, and lotion. We can’t wait to come back!

Host was very accommodating to our needs and the room was very well stocked with treats, all needed toiletries and supplies plus many extras.

Overall it was good! She puts effort into making the room cute and cozy. Be aware it is a very small room and space was limited to store and prepare food. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice to walk around in, close to a cute coffee shop and a beautiful park! The hot tub wasn’t very hot so I didn’t use it. The room got quite hot but when I asked her to turn on the A/C (it was locked so she had to unlock it) she turned it on for me. Since this is an attached room to her home, I could hear her and her dog at times but overall very quiet.

Photos accurately portray the property- peaceful and right off the harbor, room clean and quaint with everything you need. Host has lots of personal touches which make it really nice. Very easy to communicate with!

Cindy is a very responsive & helpful hostess. She has tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. So nice to sit on the 2nd story deck & look at the boats on the water. Close to many restaurants, marinas, nice parks, lighthouse views. Near Aldrich Mansion & the lovely surrounding neighborhood. Hot tub is a fun bonus.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and pup for a local wedding. I cannot gush about this place enough. First of all, it's just adorable. Very coastal/nautical themed. Very bright and clean. The host was amazing. She left us fruit and homemade zucchini bread, which was delicious. She also had a binder full of places to go and things to do in the area. The space is basically an upstairs apartment, but we didnt hear from the owner at all - except when she offered to drive us to the wedding because we were planning to walk! As others have mentioned, she makes her own soaps and body sprays. It was so sweet to have some samples for us to try. If we are ever back in the area, I will 100% stay again.

This is the cutest and most quaint room!! Cindy does such an amazing job of making sure that her guests are well taken care of and she provided us with everything that we needed and more. We had such an amazing time and this is the perfect get away from home! 10/10 recommend!!

Nice little place. The host is very gracious and friendly. Everything was clean and neat. The only two cautions I’ll explain aren’t show stoppers. There is a microwave and k cup coffeemaker and small frig. No kitchen, only a vanity in the bathroom. There’s three sets of stairs ( two landings ). I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with mobility issues.

Mixed experience – pretty view, but several drawbacksWe recently stayed in this unit and had a mixed experience. While the space is private and has its own entrance, and the location is peaceful with a nice view of Warwick Neck Cove, there were several aspects that made the stay less comfortable than expected.The listing mention a kitchen in the space but it really a kitchenette which is quite limited—just a Keurig and microwave with no sink or running water, only a plastic basin that’s difficult to fill or use. The bathroom is basic with a fixed shower head and no flexibility at the sink. Temperature control was also a concern, as guests don’t have access to the thermostat and must rely on the host to adjust it.The unit is extremely cluttered with decorative items on nearly every surface. We had to move many things just to make room for our own belongings. Though there are two closets, only one is available for guests, and it’s stuffed with bedding, leaving little usable storage space.We had communicated ahead of time that we’d be bringing our dog (the listing is pet-friendly), but the host brought it up several times as if she hadn’t known. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable, despite following the stated policy.Overall, the space has potential and some charm, but we were expecting a more self-contained and streamlined rental experience. It felt more like a guest suite (Air B&B) in someone’s home than a private vacation rental (VRBO).

A perfect slice of Warwick. Beautifully decorated room with many books about Warwick. Close to everything. Great views and amazing hostess!! We arrived to find a loaf of cinnamon apple bread, plate of fresh fruit and tomatoes fresh from the garden. An array of homemade soap, body scrub, body butter and room/body spray are available for your use during stay and also to purchase when going home. The hot tub is very relaxing and convenient to use. We loved our stay and highly recommend our Hostess Cindy!

Cindy was such an incredible host! This was the perfect, quaint little suite in a great location. We were welcomed with a homemade cake, a treat for our dog, and fresh fruit left in the fridge. The suite was spacious, and we loved sitting on deck looking out at the boats! Cindy made sure we had everything we needed, including a dog bed and bowls. We will definitely be back!

Such a sweet suite where attention has been given to every detail… From the cozy coastal decor, comfy bed, great books on the history of the area and binder of places to go and things to do to the kitchen area stocked with utensils, paper goods, coffee pods and teabags. There was fresh fruit in the fridge and a plate of homemade cookies on the table! The attached porch is a wonderful spot to drink morning coffee and view evening sunsets overlooking Warwick Bay. Cindy is very accommodating and a most thoughtful host. She’ll welcome you to use the hot tub and share her garden sitting area and firepit. This is an ideal abode for a single person or a couple. Such peaceful surroundings with easy access to several parks, walking trails and nearby eateries. It’s not far from Providence and, given the choice, I’d stay here away from the hustle bustle of the city. Five stars and beyond, this place is so creatively planned, well-kept and seasoned with kindness and good vibes.

The property is in a quiet area with a waterview. Every detail was thought of by Cindy. Great place for a retreat from the hustle and hustle. We loved this VRBO! The area is beautiful on the water. We loved the outdoor hot tub in the winter and definitely plan to return to explore the area with kayaks and bikes in warmer area! Host was great communicating with us and making recommendations. Loved their homemade soaps/lotions/sprays and also saw that they offer spa services! Great restaurants and sites locally. The checkin process was extremely easy and the communication was fantastic. The host owns a home and has a suite attached on the back of her home. Suite was VERY clean! Has a microwave, comfortable bed, a hot tub, a keurig, shampoo and conditioner. She had the regular items you would forget. Additionally ahe had some baked goods, lots of great information of the area upon arrival, lots of homemade soaps, lotions, and scents for sale, and the best part was the views and relaxation! Cindy is a fantastic host! We will definitely be returning!

Quiet and quaint

The bed is SO comfy. The view from the deck, and even inside the room, is beautiful. Chocolate chip cookies and fresh cut cantaloupe (along with other fruits)were waiting for me when I arrived and I’m not ashamed to say the cookies were gone in literally 10 minutes of my arrival 😳. Loved her homemade soap/lotion/oils as well and will be purchasing for gifts (and myself 🙂).

Beautiful location @ end of dead end road right on cove. Host excellent & fast communicator. Left goodies & fruit including peeled/sliced kiwi! Every year I bring my cleaning supplies to the beach so I can clean before I unpack because I love the location - no need for that here! Bought 4 soaps after enjoying samples. Read notes everywhere- I missed a couple & felt bad cause she was so thoughtful!

The accommodations were as expected, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Next time, we will bring additional supplies, such as bowls for our morning cereal / yoghurt. The owner was very creative in setting up this accommodation and well organized. We appreciated staying at this VRBO location.

Very relaxing stay in this lovely retreat. Well-appointed accommodations with all the basic (microwave, toaster, fridge) and some nice touches, like samples of Cindy’s homemade personal care products.

It was a night away from the kids in RI and it fit the bill. Cindy was very nice to suggest a festival in Providence for our second day and we loved it!

Really easy check in process and directions which was appreciated with us getting in a bit later on day 1! The space was super clean and Cindy went above and beyond to put items in the room to make the stay more comfortable. She even hand makes soaps and sprays which she provides samples of to use (I ended up buy two bars of soap!). Nice location right by the marina and easy drive to a local coffee spot, Rocky Point, and a few restaurants. Not an issue for us but! If you are looking for a completely separate apartment to stay in, this is attached to the main house. Great spot to stay and I highly recommend this listing!

We had a short stay in Warwick Neck at this place. Peaceful, quiet, and way beyond our expectations, based on the descriptive language. Sitting on the deck and looking out over the cove with all the boats on their moorings was just what we needed to totally unwind and relax. The interior is pristine, casual, and very refined - plus there were snacks waiting for us. 5 Stars from us.

Perfect little gem. The location is so beautiful with a view of the bay and boats. The cozy apartment has all the amenities you will ever need. Our host is always available if any need arises. She provides home-baked goodies and fruit in the fridge. There's a coffee maker in the room with all that you would need in the morning. Plenty of towels provided for the hot tub or beach. There's is a binder that holds so much info about the area so you can plan your day's activities. We loved it and hope to stay there again.

Cindy makes it feel like being home by having everything you would need on hand She had freshly made backed goods and fresh fruit waiting when we arrived. And also offered her own line of soaps and essential oil products which we found very helpful. We highly recommend staying here.
