If you want to stay right in town, close to everything, this is the place to stay. Parking right in the back. Very accommodating. Lovely apartment. Comfortable bed.

Just okay. As expected was an old house with some upgrades and thought put into it to make the second floor work for a couple rentable spaces. For the price paid the location and convenient parking is all I can say was really good. You can walk anywhere from this mid town spot. We knew we'd be climbing the stairs up to the second floor and it wasn't bad at all. If you like a king sized hard bed this is your place. The bathroom fell short as it was a small cramped area, barely could fit into the tight shower. One light of two were working over the very small sink. No Kleenex anywhere to be found in the apartment. No complimentary coffee. The noise from the room next door was very loud with clear audible voices through the old door between the rooms. That was odd for sure. It is a very large spacious suite. Very Large bedroom, large living room, good size full kitchen. Old mix of furniture throughout. Lots of extra space for many people, though just one bed. Overall, for the price, I was expecting more than we received.

This place was amazing. Near everything. A nice living room area with tv to relax after a long day exploring Our only complaint would be there was no way to control the heat. It was freezing outside but we were burning up in the unit.

Very poorly maintained. Broken tiles, doors missing from the bedroom and other rooms. The appearance of mouse droppings in one of the cabinets. Old and rickety furniture. Worst vrbo yet.

Wasn't so fond of the 2 noisy window AC units. The bathroom needed a lot of improvements, some paint, some prime on the walls, no room to lay anything in preparation after a shower, and speaking of the shower, it was so small it was impossible to bend over to pick anything up off the shower floor without stepping out of the shower. Located near everything in town was a huge plus.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this property. It was decorated with antique pictures and furniture which was quite charming. The location was great and felt very safe. Once we parked, we didn’t have to drive again. The stairs up to the apartment were new and so sturdy. Very nice. All the amazing and unique shops were just steps away. The property was super quiet, even with the windows open. I also loved that they provided coffee, although I used my own to save theirs. The bedroom was huge and the bed comfortable. We slept with the windows open and the ceiling fan on. That made the room quite comfortable, however the ceiling fan rattled all night which kept me awake. I shut the fan off, but that made the room too stuffy. The next night we lowered the speed of the fan and that helped somewhat, but it still rattled a bit. I think it just needs balanced. The bathroom was quite small and a table next to the pedestal sink would have helped very much. The shower is also small. The apartment had a portable air conditioner that you could move from room to room. We didn’t have to use it as it was cool out. Check in and communication was great. I’m not sure I would recommend this property in the hot Summer but would definitely stay there again in the Spring, Fall, or Winter. We had a great weekend, and could not have asked for a better location! We really had a great time!

A little run down, though great location for both quaint shopping/walking and hiking in brown county made up for it! Shower area/bathroom not so great but this is an old home so okay.

Very clean, spacious 1 bedroom in the heart of Nashville. Walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The bathroom/shower is very small, but other than that, plenty of room to relax with a large bedroom, eat in kitchen, and living room with cable TV.

We found the unit very clean and just what we needed. Very convenient parking. The old world deco was very pleasant. It does need a wine opener though. Lol

ONLY STAY HERE IN COOL WEATHER. They say this apartment has AC, but in reality it was only a small portable floor unit in the living room. The bedroom was sweltering and we laid there sweating all night. The next day we asked for a refund because of the misleading description, but they only offered us $50. In addition, the bed and furniture are uncomfortable and the shower is TINY and outdated. All the floors are uneven. I spoke to a handyman when we left about the loose, dangerous stairs going up the apartment. He stated the company knew about them but instructed him not to repair them! We will be avoiding Moondance Rentals at all cost in the future. So much for Hoosier Hospitality!
