Nashville Bluebird | 1920s Condo, 12 South

Very clean place the bed was amazing one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on the place was conveniently located walkable distance to Belmont University, which is what we needed. Parking was never an issue overall it was a great day. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place.

We absolutely loved the location of your property! It was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Suggestion .. stairs need a handrail & it could use better lighting on the porch. Overall visit was wonderful and we plan to stay again.

This property was perfect for my daughter and I and our college visit to Belmont! It was a prime location, within walking distance to the University and other shops and eateries. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, everything was as promised. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

We love staying at the Bluebird whenever we come to visit our son at Belmont. Perfect location, clean, quiet, and great communication from the team. Looking forward to next time.

Place was clean, had a comfy bed, loved the coffee amenities, and the location was convenient for our daughter’s graduation from Vandy. Our 22 year old son was able to join us at the last minute, so he slept on the pull out couch. Having to walk through his sleeping area to use the restroom during the night was not ideal, and the closure to the bedroom doesn’t allow for total privacy. We would stay here again if it were just the two of us. Communication was great as well!

Great location.

We were in Nashville to see friends and this was a perfect place to stop and recharge between weekend outings. It’s plenty spacious for a couple and has a well appointed kitchen and bathroom and a comfy bed. Plenty of soft towels and comfy bedding. The communication was clear and excellent.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for our sons Belmont University college visit. The apartment building was easy to find and located right by all the college buildings. I loved the doterra oil and diffuser located jn the place. The bed was so comfortable. We will go back if available. Thank you We will come

The Bluebird was the perfect choice for a visit to Nashville Exactly as pictured, very clean and very well stocked for guests to enjoy their stay. Restaurants and shopping within easy walking, adjacent to beautiful Belmont and close to popular stops. No issues getting parking on street, quiet and we felt very safe. Excellent communication from management.

Perfect location, restaurants and coffee shops, beautiful campus, and safe neighborhood. This is our 2nd time staying there. We will be back. We love Nashville

We booked last minute for a weekend with our teenage girls. We had tickets to the Ryman Auditorium for a concert but wanted to be far from the wild nights of Broadway. The apartment on Belmont Campus was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the amenities in the bathroom were generous as well. It was clean cute and comfortable. I really didn’t want to leave! The shopping at 12 south was a fun way to spend an afternoon and then 21st Avenue was close for good eats and adventure too. We went downtown during the day and explored the city. We will be back.

This place is Awesome! All the little extras such as toiletries, I pad, extra power strips to plug stuff in, and Alexa for music was a welcomed. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. The was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. I would give 6 stars if I could! Will most definitely recommend!

We had a nice stay. The only negative comments are that the lighting was dim and would have appreciated wash clothes.
