Stayed Jun 8, 2025Problems with the place began when we hadn’t received any check-in instructions or any information from the host. Nothing! I was awaiting till 24 hour before. wWhen it was same day as arrival had to take place - I sent several messages in VRBO chat - no reaction! I was awaiting for any reply from 7:00 till 17:00 (check in had to take place officially at 17:00). I opened a discussion in VRBO support and they gave me host’s phone number. When I called … no response! After 30 minutes he called me back and said that he would send me instructions. I was awaiting 30 minutes for information… nothing!I was keep sending SMS and VRBO messages to the host, but he couldn’t reply!When we arrived at place at 20:30 I called to the host again and asked him to send me any info to personal email…Terrible!Dirty kitchen, cracked stovetop, one of the shade rollers was broken and it was impossible to close window (that was on the 1st floor and the was no privacy!). Everything in the flat and in the house looks like “construction is in progress”!
