This thoughtfully designed four-bedroom residence spans 3 spacious levels & sits right on the beachfront, offering uninterrupted views of the sea from every corner. Accommodating up to 9 guests, the residence is just steps from the unspoiled beach of Kokkini Hani and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, & essential amenities.

Bedroom 1:
-Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and twin-size bed (0.90m x 2.00m), a 32 LG TV, electric blinds, direct outdoor access.


First Level:

-Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a 32 LG TV, electric blinds, floor-to-ceiling closet, and a private balcony with sea views.


Second Level:
As you step out of the ground level, you will find the indoor staircase leading to the second level.
