Stayed Sep 21, 2023Perfectly cozy and comfortable. Loved the location just outside tourist areas. Lots of good food nearby. Homey and welcoming. Would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023It was great. Easy access. Coffee maker plug was too big for the outlet and dining room fan didnt work. No AC so a bit warm but otherwise good.

Stayed May 23, 2023You must try the gelateria in the park across the street and the two restaurants (owned by the same family) on the corners nearest the park crossing. The furniture in the living room is fragile/small and we didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. The property did not have a washing machine or air conditioning but we appreciated the fans that were provided. Check-in was a breeze if you had cellular service. Fortunately, we were able to ask a worker in the neighboring bar to call the number and release the lock on the door to open it.

Stayed May 27, 2023The location was not too close to the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to make everything walkable. There was a convenient grocery store just across the square and on top of a nice set of restaurants. All in all a very great place to stay in Florence.
