My Opera de Paris I

The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Be aware that it does not have AC, which can make it quite warm in the summer. Fans were provided which we appreciated. It is a great location.

We had a group of 5. Three adults and two teenagers. The listing states that there are four bedrooms, but there are really only three, which was sufficient, but I thought there were four based on the listing. There are 4 total beds. One king, one queen and one room with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is actually the living room with a fold out couch.The apartment was awesome. Had an espresso machine and espresso pods provided. We couldn't find a wine opener, so we had to buy one. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift if you need it. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but there were fans for almost every room. We were gone during the day for the most part and the fans seemed to keep it cool enough for most of us during the evening. My husband was very hot and missed having air conditioning. The bathrooms have heated towel racks, which would be great for winter, but for summer it added extra heat to the bathrooms and we were unable to figure out how to turn them off. You also had to be careful not to bump into them when in the bathrooms. I would absolutely stay here again. Especially during times of the year when the weather is milder.

All three rooms had enough space to be comfortable. Loved being able to open windows and it was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open! Lift to bring luggage and item up. Dryer takes forever to dry.

We loved this apartment. It’s quiet, secure, comfortable, and well appointed. The bedding, towels, and linens are high quality, and the water pressure is excellent. The kitchen/dining/living area was well furnished and spacious. We cooked often, and appreciated the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper that was provided. Access was simple and communication was excellent. Would definitely return!

We had a small issue that the owner took care of immediately. We enjoyed the property, location and our trip to Paris. The owner, management team were amazing, extremely accommodating, and very helpful. I would stay in any of their properties. Awesome trip!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was a nice area with plenty of restaurants including a bakery right next door, and close to a metro station. The apartment appeared just as pictured in the listing, was decorated very nicely, and communication was quick and clear. We had some unforeseen issues prior to arriving and they were very helpful and quick to respond to my messages.The lift at the building was very helpful for our family members with mobility issues. The layout of the apartment and number of beds and bathrooms was perfect for our multigenerational family of 6. We look forward to returning to Paris and would definitely stay at this apartment again!

We spent a week with our three teen agers. The location was great and the unit matched the description. Really enjoyed the stay.

Our stay was great and the apartment was exactly as described; it had everything we needed and the location was great to be able to walk or use the metro to see all the landmarks. The Christmas tree that was there added a beautiful touch to our winter holidays. Will definitely recommend to others.

We absolutely loved our stay in Paris! The apartment is even prettier in person - the beds are all comfortable, the linens were top quality and the kitchen had everything that we could possibly need. Our hosts were very responsive and while we didn’t use the concierge service it was wonderful to know that we could access any help at a moments notice. We would book again in an instant!

Really enjoyed this property. Very clean, great location, and communication was exceptional. Highly recommend for anyone. Was traveling with older family members who couldn’t use stairs very much and the lift was very convenient for them. Property managers couldn’t be more accommodating. Quick Uber rides to just about everything if you don’t want to walk. Plenty of restaurants and services around.

This is a beautiful property and a great homebase for enjoying Paris. The ninth arrondissement is lively and full of locals and very affordable so it was a great neighborhood to wander around and enjoy. Plus, you had easy access to trains, Ubers and taxis to get to the gorgeous city of Paris. The place is clean and easily fits 6, plus there’s a pullout couch. We even used the concierge service and they were incredibly helpful. We felt safe at all times of day and night and really enjoyed our stay in Paris. Thanks for hosting us in your beautiful place! Great location and very clean and well kept apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Communication with the owner was very timely and polite.
