Museum and Library of Confederate History Tour! On-Site Pool, Pet-friendly!

We weren’t allowed to park ourselves (valet only), and we were told it’s $75 (additional) to have our pet. I’m not sure that these two items were noted on the site when we made and paid for our reservation. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean, the front desk folks were very helpful and friendly. We walked to dinner at a nearby wine bar and saw a show at The Peace Center.

The communication system is too complicated. They’re under various names (literally 3-4)and when you contact them you often are redirected. Accommodations were nice and conveniently located. Next time I would just book directly with Hyatt.

Enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly. Only issue was parking availability.

The Hyatt was very nice. Enjoyed the swimming pool the breakfast. The front desk people were very courteous and helpful. Parking was a little iffy and they didn’t know that they were the hotel for the Confederate Motel museum. An hour short out.

fantastic location to explore the city and the riverwalk area

Shower was moldy and bedside table had something sticky spilled on it. Hotel staff was great. However, we put sign on doorknob that said we didn't want housekeeping, but when we returned from a trip to the zoo the housekeeper was there with our door propped wide open.

Good location but disappointed to find out this was a hotel.

Location is great for the falls and dining.

My only complaint is that this hotel advertises pet friendly but there is no outdoor space designated for dogs to go to the bathroom. Actually there is but its about 3x3’.

Our stay was very comfortable & safe during tropical storm Helene. No power was lost while we were there. A hot, delicious breakfast was served the morning of the storm. The location is perfect for downtown Greenville events.

Location was excellent. Room was clean. Had somewhat of an issue at check in but the rest of the stay was excellent.

Hyatt Place hotel that was listed via VRBO. Great location a few blocks off Main Street and excellent breakfast included in the price. Would stay there again.

This was for our stay at the Hyatt through Roompicks. While I was a little nervous about checking in because I was not specifically given the name of the hotel (I found out through the address and through a review), everything went smoothly and the hotel was lovely!

The hotel was very nice and centrally located and all the staff members were warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommend
