Mowita seaside flat with stunning view on the sea

Very pleased with our accommodations.Marili was so nice to make our stay enjoyable. We were close to the cruise port, restaurants and shops.We definitely would recommend her home and would stay again in the future.

Very clean, neat, and well appointed. The host, Marili, was superb. Not sure if this is typical in Italy but we were well treated all around. We here in the US could take some cues from these folks.

The host is Mario and she was helpful beyond words. Helpful in every respect. ??

Excellent property and the owner was exceptional

Maria is fantastic. Very accommodating, car service was a great way to arrive and get to know her. Beautiful sea views from the living room and bedroom. Comfortable beds, snacks to enjoy and eggs and toast for us to make in the morning. Perfection. She provided us information for a morning walk, roamed the farmers market, and had pizza at Pizzeria La Ternana. Great way to kick off our Mediterranean cruise. Highly recommended!

Wow! What a fabulous experience. Our host, Marili was so amazing! Her communication was spot on. She was so friendly from our first interaction and continued through our last. She transported us from the airport to the flat. We then enjoyed an authentic home cooked meal in her home. Wow! The view from the flat is beyond anything we could have imagined, with a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed the Italian chatter from the restaurants below. The bed was so comfortable as we navigated the time change. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Great location. Flat has everything you need. The host was absolutely wonderful! She took us on a day trip to several treasures of places and her communication from booking through departure was over the top. We had a medical emergency during our stay and she came to the hospital to help out with language and comfort. Wish I could have given 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend this property.

Great location with Beautiful views of the sea. Everything from initial contact to arrival at the flat to departure was flawlessly organized and completely worry-free. Owner/Host Marili was very nice and sweet and went above and beyond every expectation to ensure our complete satisfaction. We felt so comfortable with her as if we had known her for years- just like family. The Restaurant Osteria Del Prigo is right outside the entry and had great seafood with large portions at a good price. Avoid Pirgo Cafe which is nearby. I highly recommend this Flat and would stay here again and again.

Incredible place, fabulous location and an amazing host. She went out of her way to make our stay incredible. Highly recommend this spot, you can not go wrong. I’d go back in a heart beat!!!

Spectacular view, fantastic hostess, comfortable bed, wonderful location—what more could anyone want?

The hospitality of Marili was incredible. The view of the Mediterranean was breathtaking . Marili stocked the kitchen with breakfast food, snacks and drinks. She really went out if her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked a return stay!

Maria was a perfect host and tour guide. My only regret is that we did not book the cooking class and dinner with her family. Thank you Maria. Thanx

Marilì and Marco were phenomenal hosts! The flat is perfect for 2 people and is cozy and so cute. The hot springs tour was so much fun and having Marilì and Marco was so helpful with the language barrier. They were both so friendly and made us feel like family! We will be booking with her again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Mowita! It’s a charming flat on the boardwalk with so many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Our Host Marili takes every need and want into consideration and made us feel totally at home. We can say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We will visit again!

Marilli was a great host. From the moment she picked us up from the airport and took us to experience some local sights, we knew this would be a great trip. We enjoyed wine and an authentic dinner at her home with her husband, who made homemade bolognese sauce. Marilli also took us to experience the local market and the most delicious lunch. Then took us to the port to continue our Mediterranean cruise.

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this flat for a day before embarking on our cruise. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful flat, its location and its wonderful owner. From the moment Marelí picked us up from the airport in Rome, I knew we had made a new friend. She is so lovely and our car ride to Civitavecchia was filled with lively conversation. The location for Mowita is superb! So picturesque and only a short walk to the train station where we hopped on a shuttle to the port. The flat is gorgeous, clean, well-appointed and AIR-CONDITIONED! Marelí thought of everything, from a basket of snacks our daughters raided, to towels, soaps, a binder with restaurant suggestions as well as instructions about the flat. It is small, but perfect for the four of us for a short stay. We spent the day off our arrival exploring the beach across from the flat and eating the best pizza ever at Mastro Titto - just a short walk away. That night, Marelí picked us up and welcomed us into her home where we met her husband, Marco, and they cooked a five-course meal for us! We enjoyed it out on her balcony and I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to spend the evening being truly immersed in Italian culture and company that way. They even patiently allowed me to practice my Italian which I've been attempting to learn for years! This spot is absolutely perfect and we hope to be back again someday!
