Families w/children & couples welcome! Right next to Breck Ski School with panoramic views of the Quicksilver super chairlift just outside your window in this ski-in/ski-out condo in the beating heart of downtown Breckenridge. The location and the view cannot be beat -- right next to the lift and everything on Breckenridge's main street.

The best views in the building. Large studio with full kitchen (fully equipped), bath, and large screen TV for when you get tired of watching theskiers on the mountain or the ski school just down from your window.



Amenities include three outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a kids' area, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a pool table, shuffleboard, a theater/game room, and a large group room downstairs with a fireplace. Shared laundry facilities are just down the hall.

We are superhosts who enjoy providing guests with a great experience. We outfit each place to be comfortable, very well-equipped, and with good internet speeds so you can focus on enjoying the beautiful location and all the skiing, hiking, etc. that area has to offer.

SKI STORAGE - Free ski storage is available at Christy's Sports just downstairs and next to the Quicksilver lift. Vail Resorts does NOT allow our guests to store skis behind the front desk—sorry about that.

BRECKENRIDGE PARKING -- This condo is in the middle of everything. There is no need for a car here. However, if you bring a car, you have two options.

First, request a parking reservation in the building for $35/day. These reservations are in short supply, so requesting one early is STRONGLY encouraged. If you request the reservation, I will attempt to secure a slot for you. If successful, I will request payment for the extra parking fee directly from you. You cannot pay for parking reservations separately.

Second, Breckenridge is very restrictive about overnight parking. Only one location in Breck allows for overnight parking, the Ice Rink lot.

Directions to Ice Rink Lot: The Stephen C West Ice Arena (Ice Rink) is located at 189 Boreas Pass Rd. If you head south (towards Blue River) out of Town, turn LEFT at Boreas Pass Road (the stop light just past Park & Main). The Ice Rink is on your right, just past the train. They have a large parking lot to the left of the building. At the very back, they allow overnight parking. This is also the location where you can find the giant wooden troll – IsakHearthstone(///next.perceptions.porch ). It's roughly a 15-minute walk back to the condo.

    Unit in the Village at Breckenridge that has been updated and is in great shape! The property is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for an easy stay at the bottom of Peak 9. It's just steps away from the lift and has really nice amenities. The view of the mountains from the unit is perfect and still close to all that town has to offer. Our hosts were really thorough with information and very pleasant and quick to reply to any communications. Can't wait to stay here again!

    We had a fantastic stay at this cozy studio in Breckenridge! The location couldn't be more perfect—right by the ski lift and just a short walk to downtown, which made exploring the shops and restaurants so easy. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a ski getaway or just a peaceful retreat in Breckenridge. Highly recommend!

    We absolutely loved this place!! It was so close to Main Street that everything was only a 5 minute walk. It’s definitely a ski in and ski out and was super close to the lift and bunny slopes. The view was just as great as the picture. Perfect size for 2 people. The hot tubs were very nice.

    Had a great stay, this is a place best for a couple, maybe a third person to be most comfortable. It’s located in a prime area for skiing and for summer trips, being next to Main Street (shopping) AND the mountain (skiing). Communication with the owners was superb. The amenities are awesome. Would definitely stay again.Highly highly recommend getting a parking spot, it’ll be a tight squeeze for full size trucks.

    This property was clean and cozy. It had all the things we needed at the property - even cooking spray for our morning breakfast each day which was great! The bed was extremely comfortable too! The amenities at the Villages were awesome and super relaxing after a busy day to go to the hot tub. The workout facilities and pool table/game area was super clean and fun as well! We would 100% return to this location. The location of the condo itself is just as it describes - right in the heart of breckenridge making it super easy to get to all the places. It was short drive to some beautiful hiking areas well. I thought worth it to have paid extra for parking spot too.

    Perfect location in Breckenridge. Had a wonderful stay in this clean, well maintained studio. Host sent many messages so no part of the process was a surprise. If anything they sent more messages than needed. Only small complaint is that it was a hot summer day and the portable AC provided wasn’t able to keep it as cool and quiet as we would have liked to sleep. Overall great stay.

    This was our first time visiting Breckenridge and the property was great! It was a short walk from Main Street which allowed us to walk around, enjoy restaurants, and explore. The unit itself was cute! Just enough space for 2. It was clean, updated and nice! The check in process was easy and very well communicated. Any questions were quickly addressed and the owner reached out after check in to ensure everything was up to our standards. The room was a little warm but there is a portable AC unit to use. Overall a great time and I would recommend.
