West Sedona is an excellent location. Close to uptown Sedona yet hiking trailheads within walking distance. This property is quiet with a nice outdoor space to relax or enjoy a meal. Everything is provided with some nice touches. Great property!

We had an amazing time and the placed we stayed was just as advertised. We felt very comfortable there and the accommodations were fantastic!! Highly recommend this place and we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful place to stay, great location within walking distance to many trails such as Soldiers Pass and Brins Mesa, and wonderful owners who assisted to any of our needs during the stay. This modern 1 bedroom with a wonderful king bed, full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer is a great couples getaway for anyone looking for a place to stay to take in all of Sedona for days or weeks. Beautiful mountain scenery outside from the patio, secluded, serene and quiet as well.

We had an amazing trip to Sedona, thanks in large part to this amazing rental! It was spotless, new, perfectly situated in town, and well-equipped. Maria was extremely helpful and wanted to ensure our stay was perfect. Despite less than stellar weather, we absolutely loved this unit and would definitely stay here again if we return to Sedona. The property is beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed. The property appears exactly as it does in the photos. There really isn't anything we could criticize. With the expanding crowds in Sedona, it has become more and more difficult to get to trails without parking in crowded central lots and waiting for the shuttle service. Significant portions of Sedona close Thursday to Sunday for cars. Parking lots close and street parking is strictly prohibited. This property is easy walking distance from two trailheads (Soldier's Pass and Cline), From these trailheads, you can access more trails than you could hike in a week.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this guest home in Sedona. The full kitchen was a highlight, enabling us to celebrate New Year's Eve with a special homemade meal, avoiding the super busy restaurants. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and its location was ideal - close enough to popular sites yet far from the town's hustle. One memorable morning, we watched a family of javelinas roam by, reminding us how close we were to nature and the trails. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, making our packing much less of a concern. The host was responsive (but not intrusive), and the outdoor view was stunning once we arranged the furniture. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet accessible retreat in Sedona.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Full kitchen and laundry, comfortable bed, private parking in a quiet neighborhood close to town. I highly recommend this property!

This condo was an absolute dream, and the hosts were wonderful. The condo was extramely clean and had everything we would ever need in there. I would most definitely stay there again if we are ever in the Sedona area.

Amazing location and fantastic place! The pictures do not do it justice. The place is very large and well laid out. It is private and has everything you could possibly need. The bathroom is spacious and the host thought of all sorts of little touches to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well stocked, and there is a full size washer and dryer as well. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. This home is situated in a picturesque area near the Soldier’s Pass trail head, conveniently located close to both Uptown Sedona and West Sedona. You can enjoy the sunrise from the patio each morning. It is an easy walk to the trailhead. Maria is a lovely host. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Our accommodations made the trip extra special. Maria was so nice and instantly available the entire process. The location is convenient and easy to find -we arrived after 11pm. Maria provided a great map and a little video to ensure the private parking was easy to find. Close to shopping, restaurants, activities, and step from several hiking trails and the fee trail shuffle if you want to go anywhere else. There's a rec center and parks within walking distance. At the same time, the apartment is very private and secluded in an upscale neighborhood. We enjoyed the private patio with amazing views every evening and morning. The contemporary decor felt inviting, comfortable, and very clean. -The bed was really comfortable-I'm pretty picky -I thought it felt much more spacious than the pics -washer and dryer works well -big shower was great -huge closet -outdoor grill-didn't use but it was clean -absolutely complete kitchen with nice amenities -nice welcome snacks-thank you - 2 ample designated parking -quite and peaceful -the unit has a dedicated ac and heating. Very comfortable I'll be scheduling my next trip around this unit's availability! -I can't recommend for small kiddos We can't wait to come back to Sedona! So much to do and explore. We are from Tucson but this is a very different and very beautiful area in Arizona (and cooler than most other places). -shopping/art galleries. -Lots of places to stroll -Train tour was so fun -Wineries! -Hiking -FOOD RELAXING!
