Stayed Sep 23, 2025We had a lovely stay in Verona. Our host was awesome - communication was great, and she was kind to let us store our luggage ahead of check in. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Appreciated a washer AND a dryer! Safe and nice neighborhood and easy walk to historic center.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Excellent. Host was accessible within minutes of contact and most helpful and courteous. Bathrooms sparkled, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the neighbourhood with walkable food stores and restaurants, and access to the historical area.Common problem in Verona (and Italy!) is parking. Be sure to research all aspects of parking if you're driving - e.g. line colours (white, yellow and blue); read all parking signs carefully for both maximum parking hours at one time (a lot of white lined spots are one hour), and actual hours for parking and the no parking times.Thank you Luisa - we loved the apartment and the city and thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We spent 7 weeks at Moon River. The location in Borgo Trento is quiet, safe, and has everything you need to just live in the neighborhood. It is also very convenient to the San Zeno neighborhood, a favorite. And the old city center is easily accessible via the bridges that span the Adige River east of the apartment. Our host, Luisa, was very accessible and responsive. A plus.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024Moon river was a perfect base for our week long stay in Verona - a 12 minute walk to the Arena and all the other sites, but no crowds or tourist prices to deal with. The apartment was perfectly prepared. Clean bed linen and towels, comfortably furnished and decorated , and a kitchen equipped just like home. We ate out a lot but could make our own coffee breakfast, snacks etc whenever we felt like it. The apartment is a short taxi or bus ride from the station and the access instructions were all absolutely clear and easy to follow. I’ll happily stay there for my next visit to Verona.

Stayed May 19, 2024This apartment is located in a quiet residential area about a 15-minute walk from the center of Verona. It is very comfortable, well equipped, and pleasant. The owner, Luisa, is right on top of any issues and is extremely helpful.
