Stayed May 25, 2025Love the view, location was great. First floor and close to elevators. But the place was not clean. Not sure how often the place is checked after the cleaning crew gets done. We found sand in the refrigerator. My wife had to clean the kitchen counters and the bathroom counters, along with the toilet seats. She found dried fecal matter outside of a bathroom that needed cleaned up. The coach also has fleas. The wife and myself are covered in bites. There is more but I will stop here. Loved our stay in Puerto Rico but this was unfortunate.

Stayed May 13, 2024This property was just as described. The condo was impressively clean, which made me feel so good about my choice. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults on our trip. Everything possibly needed was provided in the condo, including beach chairs and towels. Judy provided great info for our trip, and checked in to ensure all was well. The location was ideal. Right on the beach. Ubers were easy to find, and some convinces available within a 10 min walk. The common spaces in building itself are mostly vacant. The bar is closed, pool under construction, and game room with no functional games. Although this is unusual, we didn't mind because of the location and because of the quality of the actual condo unit. In the event we go back to PR and stay in this area, I'd definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 28, 2024We enjoyed staying at Judy’s place, a minute from the beach! The best spot was a big balcony, nicely decorated and with enough outdoor furniture for the whole family, facing the beach.

Stayed Nov 4, 2023We had a great stay at Judy's place. It was in the middle of everything on Isla Verde...within walking distance to a great coffee shop, grocery store and car rental, if needed. You are literally 100 feet from the beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Having chairs and towels available to use made traveling much easier! The washer and dryer is great so that you can clean up each day and before heading home. The parking space, should you choose to rent a car, is in an ideal location. Only downside for families (not for us) would be that the pool is still under construction, which has nothing to do with Judy's spot! We didn't come to Puerto Rico for the pool, so it didn't bother us at all! We will be recommending her spot to our friends!

Stayed Aug 23, 2023Good calm location, beach access right outside steps from the unit. Plenty of English speaking staff. Currently a lot of renovation going on and according to signage expected for a while which is good shows they want the property to stay up to date. And its not loud so that's a plus but be aware of changing times or location of things. Game room leaves a lot to be desired, only 10 games and 6 were out of service while we were there (not owners fault) so bring stuff for kids to do if possible.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023Look no further! This place is phenomenal from the views to the comfort of the beds. The parking space is so convenient right next to the entrance and elevator, and the condo is just one floor up. We could get to the beach in like 15 seconds! Just perfect. Easy to go back and forth for another cocktail or a lunch inside! Highly recommend for families with kids with the convenience. The pool is under construction currently but we didn’t miss it, the waves are very mild and the kids had fun playing in the water- no red flag days. Judy was a pleasure to work with and she was always available by phone or text and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a washer and dryer as well as plenty of towels! So lovely. Thanks again Judy, will be coming back next year!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Having the condo right on the beach was fantastic for kids - we could swim in the morning, then rinse off and come upstairs for lunch. Location was convenient to the airport, and while I was worried about noise, we didn't hear planes at all in the condo, or really on the beach either. Supermarket was right down the street, and we made good use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with appliances and dishes. The laundry in the unit was great too, for all the sandy beach clothes. Judy was fantastic at communication and when we had a burnt out light bulb, someone came by promptly to replace it. Overall, a great stay - highly recommended!
