The lounge room consists of 6 seater lounge suite, free standing fan, heater, television, and DVD player. The dining room has a dining setting to suit the family. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook top and full sized fridge/freezer.

The main bedroom consists of a queen bed and a built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be made into a king bed, built in wardrobe, and a free standing fan.

The bathroom contains a vanity unit, shower over the bath and the separate toilet. The laundry consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is a large balcony off the lounge room, and a single lock up garage. The apartment is located on the 3rd level from the road side (4th level from the carpark) and has stair access.

    Spectacular view. Perfect location. Classy renovation. Comfy beds and lounge. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Clean. Surf at Kings Beach and calm water at Happy Valley. Absolutely fabulous. It was such a joy to holiday at this apartment. Thank you.

    Good property, great views, great location. We stayed for 14 nights, and no Wi-Fi at the apartment was an issue. Otherwise very well appointed. Shower is over the bath, which might be an issue for elderly guests. Also has steep stairs and no elevator, so luggage needed to be carried up.

    Hard to imagine a more spectacular view. This property is brilliantly located and tastefully decorated. A wonderful place to stay.
