Modern Wellfleet Studio Apartment Close to Beaches, Ponds, Trails, and Town

We enjoyed a fabulous short retreat during shoulder season in Cape Cod. We took a quick trip to the shore, saw some seals, felt the sand, sampled seafood delights at two different restaurants and played tourist in nearby Provincetown for a morning. We recommend the ghost tour in Wellfleet for a little evening spooky vibe and felt right at home in this little studio apartment. We especially apprecaited the loan of a cooler!

We highly recommend renting this well Fleet Studio apartment.It was cheerful, clean, stocked with everything you need for the stay. They had a ping pong table on the floor below which we used each day. Lots of fun! They also had other things that we did not use because we brought our stuff along. They had beach towels, beach chairs available. There was a dart board you could play a game or two. The neighborhood is wonderful...very quiet and you can walk with no traffic. There is a parking spot for your car . The apartment is very close to restaurants and beaches. There is also a backyard patio with a table and chairs that you can sit out at with night lighting. We highly recommend it and would go back again.

Delightful property! It had all the amenities we needed. Lovely location, wooded neighborhood. Short drive to Wellfleet Center. We wished it had a larger fridge and freezer.

Perfect for our needs. Private and clean. Enjoyed the private patio. Had everything we needed. Apartment is very comfortable to just relax if we needed to rest. Mary and Tom were avaliable if needed, pleasant and helpful. We hope to return.

Tom and Mary are first rate hosts. The property location is amazing. GPS gets you there accurately. They provide beach chairs and a cooler, which was awesome for us since we flew. The laundry is easy to access, and that was a big plus for us too. The apartment itself had everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and found it an awesome, comfortable, restful getaway, hosted by great people. They are extremely responsive if you need anything, but respectful of privacy also. This place is a first choice if you get an opportunity to book! Absolutely awesome.

This is our second summer in Wellfleet and we will surely be coming back for more. The accommodations Mary and Tom provide for a couple are exceptional and you cannot beat the location.

Mary and Tom’s place is a lovely, very clean, well appointed studio. It’s in a good location near ocean beaches, ponds, bike trails. It’s quiet and cozy. The hosts are easy to communicate with and respectful. This is our 3rd visit here. Plan to return.

Love the location. Space is bright, cheery, spotless, totally pleasant. Quiet, lovely neighborhood. Only complaint is the bed is too soft. (It’s two twins pushed together with a squishy pad on top to make a king. Fitted sheet doesn’t stay in place.) Otherwise perfect and we’ll definitely go back.
