Stayed Dec 12, 2025We really enjoyed our stay in the Modern Tiny Home. We would definitely stay there again. The home had everything we needed (including coffee pods). It was very clean and comfortable. It is close to downtown and great restaurants.

Stayed May 16, 2024I was in statesboro to watch my daughter shoot. The tiny home was perfect for my needs. Close to everything, just very handy. Would absolutely recommend for one person or a couple. I’m 5’8 and didn’t need to use the step stool to get in the bed, if you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you.
