Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a sleek cooktop, butcher block counters, and essentials to prepare meals or quick snacks. We offer Keurig coffee for you to enjoy.

Bathroom: Modern design with high-quality towels and toiletries provided.

Amenities: High-speed WiFi, keyless entry, secured building with a comfortable lobby, essentials and walking distance to everything Downtown.



Guest Access:

You will get a door code to the condo buildings front doors and to the condo unit. These will be in your check in instructions.

This condo is one of several in a larger downtown building: you will enjoy secure access as well as nice hallway with a modern elevator.

Parking Information:

We offer first-come, first-serve FREE parking behind the building with 6 designated spaces available to our guests. While we do our best to accommodate, please note that these spots are not reserved and availability is not guaranteed.

Each reservation is allowed one vehicle per stay.

If all spots behind the building are full, additional parking is conveniently located at the Easy Park Chinook Lot, just a short walk away on the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue and E Street.

-Guests are required to identify their: Make, Model, and License Plate upon check in.

This location leaves lots to walk around and see, so a car is not needed. Uber, Lyft, and Taxi are readily available all hours of the day.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Anchorage, our condos at 525 W 3rd Ave put you right in the middle of the city's vibrant energy. Just a few blocks away, you’ll find the Anchorage Museum, a cultural hub showcasing Alaskan history, art, and science exhibits. The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail is perfect for biking or leisurely walks along the waterfront, offering breathtaking views of the Cook Inlet and nearby mountains.



Foodies will love being close to some of Anchorage's best restaurants and bars. Glacier Brewhouse and 49th State Brewing Co. are ideal for a casual bite and local craft beers. This studio is centrally located in downtown Anchorage, making it easy to get around on foot or by car. Many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and local attractions are within walking distance, and the Coastal Trail is nearby for walking or biking.



Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and taxis are also an option. If you plan to explore beyond downtown or visit surrounding areas, renting a car is recommended. The airport, hospitals, and major roadways are all a short drive away, making this a convenient location for both work and leisure travel.



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold (not for Airbnb) for your stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

    A couple caviats.. If you have a #6 or 8 coffee maker why have #4 filters? The entry doors are a little tricky with buttons and codes and in the front several places the codes need to be used not just one to get into the building. Trickier at night and not the greatest of lighting. Aside from these things it was an enjoyable stay. I'll give the Double AA 5 star and bring my own filters next time. The unit I stayed needs a pro decorator and that barhroom -the large simgle payne window in the shower cascading your bare thouhhts with cascading frigid air. Its quite awakening. Bring your snacks and try and figure out the tv befor exploring the town.. Go Darwins!!

    This was perfect for what we needed. We came in a day early for our land cruise and we were able to see/go to some of the places on our 'list' in Anchorage within walking distance. Great location! Immediate response from host. Comfortable bed.

    We liked the style, amenities and city location of this place, but it is located right next to the mechanical room in the building. As such, it affected a light sleeper like me. There is a constant vibration, hum, and for the first 2 nights, a really annoying ticking noise coming from that room. My wife didn't have an issue as she wears earplugs anyway. I can't stand earplugs, so it was a problem for me. If you aren't a light sleeper, then you'll be fine/

    Visiting for work and this was a lovely central location to make all of the meetings spread across the city and outskirts with a home base that had dining options within walking distance at the end of my day.The space was lovely, TV was huge, the full sized fridge held everything I needed for BLD. The bed itself and the bedding were amazing!WiFi went down at the end of our stay, but that was surmountable

    This spacious studio had all we needed with the MOST COMFORTABLE BED! The blackout curtains helped us get some much needed sleep. You're in the middle of everything, everything is walkable, easy access and private parking! Great communication, easy instructions.Would love to repeat this place!
